> 3 dayWorks perfect in north american ps vita. I saw a review that said it doesnt fit? Turn it around genious :-). I read a few more complaining about it only being 59gb… 1mb = 1024 bytes. It is not because formatting takes up 5gb lol. I did a backup of my 32gb card using content manager and pc, then restored it to this one with no problems. This card works identical to my 32gb just more space. At $95 the benefits outway the cost, but that is just my opinion. I am happy with the purchase and delivery was prompt and quicker than i anticipated. If u want more room on ur vita, and $95 isnt going to cause a meltdown with ur financials, u cant go wrong with this card. Pay no attention to reviews that say it doesnt fit or work with north american vita. I expect they either received a defective card, or just made the story up. A

> 3 daySonys insistence on keeping Vita memory cards proprietary (not even letting 3rd party companies making and releasing their own versions) is ridiculous, but no use whining now after all these years. If youre going to get a memory card, it might as well be the largest around for the best value. 64GB doesnt sound like much in this day and age where phones come in 64 and even 128GBs. But trust me, for gaming purposes, its plenty and will alst you a long time. game saves barely take up any space at all and the bulk of your memory will most likely be taken up by digital games you purchase (or get free every month from Playstation Plus). Game sizes can vary, though massive games that take up 3/4 GBs are pretty rare. 64GB will hold plenty of games to play for quite a while.

> 3 dayRegistered at 61gb in system info ,57gb in content manager. Downloaded 15 games on there so far excellent storage i read many reviews leading to this purchase, research lead me to the series ending in j not g many quality issues were stated as well as memory loss/ less than purchased. Happy so far read a couple reviews about memory cards breaking; as i will not be removing this at all once i receive my new vita i will see how it lasts in the long haul my 16gb card has lasted me a year+ with no issues other than being small but you get what you pay for. I would reccomend a bigger card at first it will save you in the long run please believe me as the PS store has many great sales throughout the year with almost a new sale weekly and with ps+ you get 2 free games a month with some odd balls and others being a steal for free!!!! If you miss something in a sale it will be back with patience. Please help bring back this amazing forgotten gem of a console!!!!

> 3 dayOverall this memory card does what it says, with a price that seems a bit steep. It is important to note that this memory card has approximately 60 GB worth of memory, as opposed to the 64 GB that is actually shown. This is to be expected though since the memory card itself needs space reserved for things such as system files. If the PlayStation Vita system does not recognize your memory card straight away once you boot up the system, with the memory card in place. Try formatting the memory card itself so the PlayStation Vita system will recognize the memory card, and allow you to utilize the space that is provided. At the end of the day I no longer have to worry about the memory limitations of the PlayStation Vita system, and I have ample space to download many psp games alongside a decent amount of PlayStation Vita games.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these ridiculously expensive PSV memory cards from seller APEX GAMES (USA) with FBA (fulfilled by Amazon). I originally only purchased one for my husband, but after browsing Amazon and getting great deals on PS Vita games it only made sense to just get one for myself. I do want to note beforehand that the cards I received from APEX GAMES (USA) are the Asia version (Taiwan/Korea - PCH-Z641G), NOT Japan version (PCH-Z641J) like stated in the description and title. Because of this I knocked off one star as I did not receive the actual version I paid for. After reading up on differences and seeing that the G version cost more on the play-asia site (where PS Vita is commonly found), that site states the J version may experience issues with PSV 1000 devices (aka fat vitas). Now I dont own the PSV 1000, but the 2000 slim so I decided to keep the G and tested them out. So far no issues only time will tell when and if these cards deteriorate with excessive use. I was able to transfer a small saved file I had from my internal slim memory onto the card without any issues. Ive read issues with both G and J versions so whatever card I got would of been a risk either way. Leave it to Sony to make a proprietary memory card that might and might not work overtime with such a high price tag. Both cards gave me 60gb of free storage. If you are wondering where the 4gb went, simple answer is system data after formatting. UPDATE: I ordered a third 64gb PSV memory card for another PS Vita, but this time from seller cus mart and got exactly as advertised! BRAND NEW SEALED PCH-Z641J and is in working order. So far both Japan (PCH-Z641J) and Asia (PCH-Z641G) versions of this 64gb memory card has been working perfectly since purchase. NEVER remove the memory card while your device is on/sleep mode, high chances of file corruption. UPDATE #2: Ordered another memory card for my 4th new silver PS Vita from seller NuBlissful with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon). Card came brand new in original packaging as advertised and is working great!

Greater than one weekThis card works like a charm. I have a the new slim model, and i sold the 8gb card that came in my bundle, and put that money towards this one. I bought a 64gb card from simply order out of California and the card came in a few days and I didnt have to pay any kind of VAT or Import tax. I would highly suggest this card to anyone who is new to Vitas. I currently have about 40 games from PS+ and the three that I bought loaded onto this memory card. It makes my Vita truly portable. I never have to lug around a case full of games. I dont even have to swap a card in and out to play a different game. They are all loaded into my vita already! Physical media needs to go by the wayside. Cons: Not sold in the USA, except by resellers on amazon. It could be even bigger! Expensive proprietary memory card. Pros: Extremely reliable because it is proprietary, stores about 60GB worth of real data, for me that has meant more than 40 games. Pairs well with online purchases from the PSN store.

> 3 dayLet me get this out of the way first: I despise Sonys proprietary price gouging with a fiery passion. For this much money, you can buy a decent 120GB SSD. But I digress. This card will display 59GB when you look at its storage capacity on the Vita itself. Ive included an explanation at the end of this review on why your card will read 59GB when you put it in. For those of you who dont want to read all of it, 59GB is what is displayed and this is not incorrect, nor is saying that it is 64GB wrong, its just a common deceptive practice in todays digital storage market. This card, despite being a Japanese import, works just fine on American PS Vitas. What you are buying is a direct Japanese import, not a card thats been localized for North America. Im using it on my NA PCH-2000 and Ive played games from it, it works just fine. The amount of data on this card makes it a far better deal than all the other cards, and youll never realisitcally fill this thing unless youre a Vita junkie and have a ridiculous number of games from PSN downloads. I put 5 PS Vita games (Borderlands 2 with all DLC, Gravity Rush, Uncharted, Soul Sacrifice, and WipEout 2048) and 3 PSone classic games (Front Mission 3, FFVII, and FFVIII) on here and its only taken up 9GB of space. You can get by on the 32GB card, but Id rather not have to worry about disk space, especially for a relatively minor increase in price comparatively speaking. Swapping cards is frustrating on PS Vita, mainly because it requires you to completely reboot, its nothing like PSP. However, thats on the Vitas end, not this cards. An explanation on digital storage sizes: The card holds 64GB measured in metric units as opposed to binary units. Whats the difference you ask? This is a fairly common practice that many people misunderstand. This thing will display 59GB to your console, despite the fact that it is in fact 64GB. Why? Its not because 5GB is allotted to formatting (it doesnt take 5GB to do that). 64GB is measured in metric units, meaning it is measured as 64 billion bytes, since giga- means billion. In computer architecture, measurements are based on binary units, meaning each power of 10 is actually 10 bits, which is 2^10 = 1024 Bytes = 1kB. Expanding this, 1MByte = 1024kBytes = 1,048,576Bytes, and 1GB = 1024MB = 1,048,576kB = 1,073,741,824Bytes in binary units. However, in metric units, 1GB = 1,000,000,000Bytes. The difference is then 1,000,000,000/1,073,741,824 = 0.931, so metric measurements allow them to display sizes that are actually 7% smaller. If you do the math, 0.931*64GB = 59.6GB, so its 64GB in metric (what they write), 59.6GB in binary (what the computer reads). This is a common business practice and is how literally every form of digital storage is marketted nowadays.

Greater than one weekJust to get the negative part of the review out of the way first: YES. The price of these memory cards are way too expensive. After formatting, the actual space is 59GB (still HUGE), and no different than formatting a 16GB card and the actual space ends up being only 14GB. That said, I was happy to pay only $22 more than what a 32GB Vita card would cost for double the amount of precious PS Vita memory space. I purchased this card from GZ Store here on Amazon, and could not be happier. The orders are actually fulfilled by Amazon and shipped out of Indiana, giving you very fast delivery within the US. I decided to get next day shipping because at this price point, whats another $10? Still, the entire purchase and overnight shipping came to less than $120, and I have received it just in time (the exact day matter of fact) for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD for the PS Vita. I highly recommend getting this card if you know you are going to be using a lot of space, as it is by far the best price in terms of cost to memory space ratio. I also highly recommend GZ Store as it is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon, and ships straight from their warehouse with all of the shipping options available to have it next day, or free shipping, or however you would like.

Greater than one weekWhen we purchased our PS Vita over a year ago, we bought with it the smallest, rinky-dink memory card (8 GB), which for whatever reason we never bothered to upgrade. We also never really bothered to use our Vita. The fact is that it was just too much hassle to continually go through the motions -download, install, delete, download, install, rinse, repeat -for the Vita to be worth using. Recently, though, we took the PSplunge and bought this Big Boy 64 GB Mucho Macho memory card and Wow! at the difference. How nice it is to finally install so many titles from our extensive collection* AT THE SAME TIME! Now we take our Vita with us almost everywhere. The only trouble is that Im suddenly tempted to buy even more video games. (I already gave in and bought the Final Fantasy X/2 HD for the Vita.) And just to be clear for anyone who may be leery about whether this product will work work with Vitas in North America, I can personally vouch for it. We have had absolutely no technical difficulties; it works as advertised. *Our Vita game collection is mostly the result of the PS Plus program which frequently gives away digital gaming titles to subscribers. I would claim the games when they came available, even when we were not actively using our Vita.
