I have owned many heating pads over the years but this one is by far the best. I love the extra long size and the different levels of heat. It also has a setting to shut off automatically. But what really sets this brand aside is the customer service. It has a 5 year warranty and they stand by it. I have owned two since 2021. When the first one stopped working, after a year and a half, I bought a new one. When the second one stopped working after less than a year, I emailed customer service with my receipts from Amazon and they sent me two new heating pads within a few days. I really only expected one so I was pleasantly surprised! I gifted one to my daughter so she would stop stealing mine! This is the only heating pad I will ever own.

I like this heating pad for its wonderful features. 6 levels of heat, 2 hour shutoff or no shutoff, the softness of the fabric! This is exactly what I have been looking for..!!

It has work since I plugged it in from the first time I tried plugged it in several different places and still nothing will never recommend this brand or product to anyone else

After purchasing and trialing many different types and brands of heating pads, I am the most satisfied with this product. I am pleased with how hot the pad gets, and how you can adjust the level of heat to personal preference. I like the material of the pad, as it is soft and comfortable. It is large in surface area -another benefit- and has a warm, neutral color tone. I like the added benefit of it shutting off after a certain amount of time, as I often fall asleep with it on. I am thoroughly enjoying this heating pad and use it many times weekly.

I just received my Pure Enrichment heating pad. I found that it heated up really fast and the cover was very comfortable. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the placement of the large connector at the end of the pad. If I put it on top, it banged me in the head. If I put it at the bottom, I was sitting on it. It would have worked better for me if it came out the side of one of the ends. Thats the only suggestion I can make, because it works beautifully and is easy to use. This is still the best heating pad I have ever used. Thanks for your almost perfect product.

I have ordered this product for myself and also my two sons. I have also told over 20 people to get this product as well. It lasts a long long time. And, its big enough to wrap around my neck, my thighs, my shins anything that needs attention. I did purchase a roll of velcro to use to secure it on tight. The product did die a year and a half post-purchase and I mentioned this to customer service. An F light came on. They replaced the product for me for free. Im very impressed.

Bought in early March, 2023 and needed it for a newly sore lower back. It was wonderful until it displayed an F letter and ceased to function. 3 months from purchase date? Unacceptable. I was contacted by CUSTOMER SERVICE. My non-functioning heating pad issue was explained and several possible solutions were proposed, but none worked. Within 3 days of this conversation, a new replacement pad was delivered! This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY SUPPORT...Ive ever experienced. Yes, Im 74 years young and very impressed. Would buy again.

My XL heating pad (I have 2 of them) checks all the right boxes. Its a great size for flexible use and is very soft and comfortable. I can adjust the heat level from 1-6 according to my needs. The controller allows me to set the heat to stay on or cut off after a limited period of time. An indicator light shows the pad is on and the easy to read screen shows the heat level. I did have an issue recently with one of my pads failing and I got an F flashing on the screen. These pads have a 5 year warranty and all it took was a phone call and reply to the email they sent me to have them send me a replacement pad. Great customer service!

I used this heating pad day in and day out for two years. It heated up super quickly, and I found that even the first two settings provided great heat! Sadly, it started displaying an F where the numbers should have appeared. I contacted the company, and because they have a 5-yesr warranty, I am able to get it replaced and shipped to me at no cost. The replacement process was super easy too! Because of how quickly it heated up, the temperatures being impressive, and how efficient it was to activate the warranty, I give it 4 stars. I would totally buy it again.

Product is pretty good until it stopped working. I received this heating pad and had issues with it then reached out to Amazon and had difficulties doing a return so I reached out to the seller and they were more than helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I love the different heating settings on the heating pad and how quickly it gets warm. It definitely helped me recover after pulling a muscle in my back. Took off a star only because I had only used it once, and it stopped working. customer service was really great and helped out quickly to resolve my issue.
