Greater than one weekI needed this heating pad like yesterday. Ordered it and requested same day delivery. Got it! The pad gets hot! Fast! It also stays hot as long as you need it or you can set it to a timer. The size of the pad is also a plus because it covers my entire back and stomach. I have multiple heating pads and most gets stolen by family members but not this one. I’m hiding because I love it.

> 3 dayThis heating pad is amazing. Ive only been using it consistently for a couple of weeks, but it does wonders in helping me deal with chronic pain. So much so, that I havent had the need to take pain medicine like I used to. I am so grateful for this product! There are 6 levels of heat. I usually start at 3 or 4 and increase as needed. I do put this directly on my skin, even at the highest temperature. My skin gets a little pink, but nothing serious. And because I use this on my abdomen, I have to fold it in half to fit properly, but it still works like a charm! The main thing Im dreading is washing it. I almost wish that the main heating element was plastic and that the fabric was removable, like maybe having snaps on the side to remove it. Also, it would be nice if it had a car adapter so I could use it on the go. Other than that, fabulous design!

> 3 dayI’m enjoying the PureRelief XL Heating Pad so far. It’s been very helpful for soothing my acute neck and shoulder pain. This is actually the second heating pad I’ve bought this week (the other was the ConairComfort Massaging Heating Pad); this one is far superior in size, texture, and consistency. One piece of criticism I will give, though, is that it does not seem to maintain high temperatures over time (even less than 2 hours).

> 3 dayAfter going through two Bodymed heating pads, I decided to give this one a try. So far Im happy with it. It definitely doesnt get as hot as the Bodymed. Im guessing the high temps are part of the reason why Bodymed doesnt seem to last all that long, although it has more of a quality-construction feel than this heating pad. I also hated all the beeping the Bodymed would make and the lack of backlighting on the controls. This one is certainly better in that regard. No beeping to wake my husband in the night and some light on the display (not too bright). If youre in a lot of pain, this one may not cut it though. I need a lot of heat to address pain. For menstrual cramps, I generally just go straight to a very hot water bottle. This I use for general warming and comfort. My husband, who is much more temperature sensitive, says this puts out enough heat for him when his back is sore.

Greater than one weekI like the size of this especially. Works well, neutral in color, and Im addicted to it as someone with a lot of back pain in their third trimester. I plan on using this when my baby gets here after baths (under a towel/safely of course). Love it.

> 3 dayI have owned many heating pads over the years but this one is by far the best. I love the extra long size and the different levels of heat. It also has a setting to shut off automatically. But what really sets this brand aside is the customer service. It has a 5 year warranty and they stand by it. I have owned two since 2021. When the first one stopped working, after a year and a half, I bought a new one. When the second one stopped working after less than a year, I emailed customer service with my receipts from Amazon and they sent me two new heating pads within a few days. I really only expected one so I was pleasantly surprised! I gifted one to my daughter so she would stop stealing mine! This is the only heating pad I will ever own.

> 3 dayI just received my Pure Enrichment heating pad. I found that it heated up really fast and the cover was very comfortable. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the placement of the large connector at the end of the pad. If I put it on top, it banged me in the head. If I put it at the bottom, I was sitting on it. It would have worked better for me if it came out the side of one of the ends. Thats the only suggestion I can make, because it works beautifully and is easy to use. This is still the best heating pad I have ever used. Thanks for your almost perfect product.

14-06-2025Soft and easy to use. I use high setting to warm up my bed at night and low setting for muscle soreness. Great customer support.

> 3 dayI have disk degeneration in my lower back and frequently use a heating pad to combat acijes and pains. This heating paid is soft and has 6 adjustable heat settings. For almost a year it worked great. I was just about to purchase another one when I read a review which noted a five year warranty. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. They offered to send me a replacement for free. Now I just need to wait for it to arrive! Great customer service!

Greater than one weekIve ordered 3 of these. My only critique is sometimes the amount of heat is unpredictable. Sometimes 1 is hot and sometimes I have to turn it up to 4 or 5 to get it to feel hot enough for me. But it always gets there one way or another. I use it on my back all night every night for years and it hasnt given up. It also doesnt get all messesd up and crinkled like the ones with the pillowcase-like cover and plastic underneath. Very even heat across the whole pad. I wont ever buy one of those ones that get all crinkled up again. This is super flexible too! Feels like fabric wrapping around a leg or arm.
