I love my new heating pad! It is bigger than my prior heating pad, but not too big for me. I bought my husband one like this, except his is bigger than mine and fits him well. It heats up quickly too. I would definitely recommend purchasing!

Ive tried several brands of heating pads over the years and was always disappointed with the cheap manufacture quality and the quick failure rate — within a few short months they would stop getting hot or just stop working all together. I wanted one is comfortable, stays on, and gets really hot to ease muscle aches after a workout. This heating pad checks all the boxes. The fabric is thick, soft, flexible and the pad gets hot right away. It has 6 settings and an option to stay on as long as you like — rather than just 2 hours. After a couple of years, it did stop working — I knew it had a 5 year warranty, so I contacted the seller, and they quickly responded with troubleshooting steps to reset. When this didnt work, they agreed to send a replacement unit. I highly recommend this heating pad with its great quality and excellent customer service.

I bought this heading pad for my wife and she absolutely love it! The heating pad comes with 6 settings which is a great. The pad is also very comfortable. The only downside to this pad is this is the 2nd one I’ve-purchased and they both went out ( screen showed the letter “f” on it). The great thing is the pad is under a no hassle warranty. I called customer service and the process was seamless. The young man took down my order number, got my shipping address and told me I should receive a new one within 3-7 days. That’s great service! I will continue to purchase from this company.

I love the softness of the fabric and the easy settings for temperature. I have had one for several years and it still works and feels like brand new. I bought a second one because my spouse needs one too.

It is wonderfully soft and flexible. I use a heating pad most nights for back pain caused by arthritis in my spine. The 6 heat settings provide a good range. I like that it wraps around my back and sides comfortably (its not stiff like the smaller, cheaper ones made with some kind of plastic). The storage bag is a great plus for rolling up the whole thing and keeping the cords out of the way instead of having to deal with a tangled mess when not in use. The plug on the unit is a bit unwieldy where half of it detaches so the pad can be washed. Thats the only downside Ive found. More expensive than what I had before but worth every penny, mostly for the comfort and larger size.

It has work since I plugged it in from the first time I tried plugged it in several different places and still nothing will never recommend this brand or product to anyone else

I bought my first pure enrichment heating pad in 2018 and have relied on it ever since. Only now am I needing to buy a replacement as it died a few weeks ago. I loved it so much so this time I bought two!

Get the ultra-wide, you won’t be sorry!! It’s the perfect size for the entire back and allows for some extra wrap around if needed on your hips. It’s so soft and stays really warm!! The controller is super sleek and easy to use especially with the long cord - that is a plus! And it’s machine washable!! Wish I’d found this sooner!!!

After purchasing and trialing many different types and brands of heating pads, I am the most satisfied with this product. I am pleased with how hot the pad gets, and how you can adjust the level of heat to personal preference. I like the material of the pad, as it is soft and comfortable. It is large in surface area -another benefit- and has a warm, neutral color tone. I like the added benefit of it shutting off after a certain amount of time, as I often fall asleep with it on. I am thoroughly enjoying this heating pad and use it many times weekly.

I used this heating pad day in and day out for two years. It heated up super quickly, and I found that even the first two settings provided great heat! Sadly, it started displaying an F where the numbers should have appeared. I contacted the company, and because they have a 5-yesr warranty, I am able to get it replaced and shipped to me at no cost. The replacement process was super easy too! Because of how quickly it heated up, the temperatures being impressive, and how efficient it was to activate the warranty, I give it 4 stars. I would totally buy it again.
