Product is pretty good until it stopped working. I received this heating pad and had issues with it then reached out to Amazon and had difficulties doing a return so I reached out to the seller and they were more than helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I love the different heating settings on the heating pad and how quickly it gets warm. It definitely helped me recover after pulling a muscle in my back. Took off a star only because I had only used it once, and it stopped working. customer service was really great and helped out quickly to resolve my issue.

This is our 2nd heating pad from this company as the first one finally died after many years of use. It was too perfect that we need to purchase the same product again. It is great for back pains, cramps, a long day of work, and many more occasions and uses. I can see us purchasing this product for years to come and have recommended it to many others already.

I’m enjoying the PureRelief XL Heating Pad so far. It’s been very helpful for soothing my acute neck and shoulder pain. This is actually the second heating pad I’ve bought this week (the other was the ConairComfort Massaging Heating Pad); this one is far superior in size, texture, and consistency. One piece of criticism I will give, though, is that it does not seem to maintain high temperatures over time (even less than 2 hours).

I have been using the PureRelief XL Heating Pad for about a month now and my experience has been really good so far. The heating pad is lightweight and warms up quickly. I tested all of the settings and they seem just right--even the highest level. However, sometimes it does feel as if the temperature becomes weaker about 20 minutes into use on the higher settings, but that could just be me. When I first began using it, I did have a strong new/fresh product smell, especially when heated, but it did go away after a while. I appreciate the fact that this heating pad has the option to disable the auto-off function. It gives me the opportunity to keep it turned on when Im using it just to stay warm on a cold day, or have it automatically shut off when I need it while falling asleep. I also really like the storage bag that came with it, which allows me to keep everything neat and put together when Im not using it. The cord is nice and long, which lets me use it just about wherever I want. Overall, I am satisfied with this product

I purchased this product for back pain and it worked very well. I love the length of the cord, which made it easier to use in multiple chairs in my home. After a year it developed an issue and stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer who offered to replace the heating pad at no cost. Excellent customer service.

I have used the new heating pad for the past couple of hours and really like how fast it heats up and over time gives a long, sustained, and deep heating experience. While I wish setting 6 would get a bit hotter I understand that for safety reasons and the fact it does a full heating experience it is worth the offset. lastly, a bit more flexibility on the material to allow for it to better wrap around the neck would also be nice but that is why you should buy the shoulder / neck heating pad. :-)

This was actually the second PureRelief XL Heating Pad we have bought. They are larger than the other heating pads we had in the past and they are more comfortable to use. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a heating pad. This checks all the boxes and even has an auto shut-off feature!

I liked the product, but honestly I had an expectation that my PureRelief XL Heating Pad was going to emit more heat, but then I realized that if that were the case my skin could burn and suffer damage in times of prolonged use. I just wish there was a more practical way to press the PureRelief against my belly when I have period pain. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

I originally bought this is 2019 I believe. It’s basically been a necessity!! I love the XL size and the 6 settings. If I’m not using it on my lower back before bed, I use it on my ottoman when getting ready for the day. My little dog always tries stealing it lol. In 2021 (i think) it started being faulty but I reached out to the company and they resolved it for me right away. I’ve been very happy with this purchase as well as the customer service. Would recommend 1000%.
