I ordered the Pure Enrichment Heating Pad for my father for Father’s Day and he started using it immediately. We’re already so happy with the purchase and he said it was one of the best gifts he’s been given. We all can’t wait to use it. Definitely a great gift idea and provides instant relief.

I liked the product, but honestly I had an expectation that my PureRelief XL Heating Pad was going to emit more heat, but then I realized that if that were the case my skin could burn and suffer damage in times of prolonged use. I just wish there was a more practical way to press the PureRelief against my belly when I have period pain. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

The PureRelief XL Heating Pad supplies exactly what the name indicated: Pure Relief. The size is large enough to cover whatever body part aches. The Microplush covering on the top is soft and comfortable. The controller is easy to operate and can be seen in the dark. It heats up quickly and stays at an even heat. The auto turn off is an excellent feature also. The long cord means it can be used just about anywhere we want. This is everything we were looking for in an electric heating pad and more.

When I had an issue with an older heating pad I dug back in my purchase info and found a Customer Service e-mail and I wrote to them about my problem, assuming the message was going in burn basket in the Far East. But no, they replied multiple times within 48 hours. When we came to dead end, they went above and beyond and replaced my product. Thats the way to build a brand. Cheers, Al

Love the heat pad. It failed. I was sad. I emailed the pure enrichment folks. With just two emails, I had a new heat pad on its way. Got it the next day. A whole lot of other companies should take note of how PE treats their customers. Now I need to think about where else I could use a heat pad and order another!

I bought my first pure enrichment heating pad in 2018 and have relied on it ever since. Only now am I needing to buy a replacement as it died a few weeks ago. I loved it so much so this time I bought two!

I bought this heading pad for my wife and she absolutely love it! The heating pad comes with 6 settings which is a great. The pad is also very comfortable. The only downside to this pad is this is the 2nd one I’ve-purchased and they both went out ( screen showed the letter “f” on it). The great thing is the pad is under a no hassle warranty. I called customer service and the process was seamless. The young man took down my order number, got my shipping address and told me I should receive a new one within 3-7 days. That’s great service! I will continue to purchase from this company.

I just received my Pure Enrichment heating pad today and was able to plug it in a use it right away. I am very happy with the results. I have some neck and back pains and this heating pad really relieved the pain after using it for about 20 minutes. There are 6 settings, and I had it at the highest setting. I have not tried it yet with moistening it but I think it will generate even more heat so I am excited to try that soon. It’s soft and comes with a pouch. I wish it was a little heavier, but overall I think it was worth the purchase at this price and has been very effective.

Love this heating pad. Very soft to lay on . I really like that it will shut off in 2 hours if i fall asleep. (which I do every time, because it is so comfortable). This pad puts out more than enough heat. I have never had it turned up past the half way mark. Strong buy on this heating pad.

My XL heating pad (I have 2 of them) checks all the right boxes. Its a great size for flexible use and is very soft and comfortable. I can adjust the heat level from 1-6 according to my needs. The controller allows me to set the heat to stay on or cut off after a limited period of time. An indicator light shows the pad is on and the easy to read screen shows the heat level. I did have an issue recently with one of my pads failing and I got an F flashing on the screen. These pads have a 5 year warranty and all it took was a phone call and reply to the email they sent me to have them send me a replacement pad. Great customer service!
