Received the product the next day of I ordered it and started using it right away. I loved it so much, everything and all features worked as expected, especially the material used by the pad and the carry bag, very comfortable and conveninet. Hghligh recommended.

Ive tried several brands of heating pads over the years and was always disappointed with the cheap manufacture quality and the quick failure rate — within a few short months they would stop getting hot or just stop working all together. I wanted one is comfortable, stays on, and gets really hot to ease muscle aches after a workout. This heating pad checks all the boxes. The fabric is thick, soft, flexible and the pad gets hot right away. It has 6 settings and an option to stay on as long as you like — rather than just 2 hours. After a couple of years, it did stop working — I knew it had a 5 year warranty, so I contacted the seller, and they quickly responded with troubleshooting steps to reset. When this didnt work, they agreed to send a replacement unit. I highly recommend this heating pad with its great quality and excellent customer service.

I received my pure enrichment, pure relief, XL heating pad yesterday that I ordered from Amazon. I am really enjoying it. I have terrible leg cramps at night, and I kept the heating pad on all night, and it relieved and prevented my pain. I had an old heating pad that I had used, but something happened to the thermostat, and it became very hot, and you couldnt control the heat , so I needed to replace it. I read the reviews, and this Pure Enrichment heating pad had many positive reviews. I love the soft, cozy cover, I find it very comfortable. I especially like the fact that you can set the control to either auto off, or remain on. I like the fact that the plug can be separated from the heating pad for easier storage, and that it came with its own storage bag, which is so much less bulkier than storing it in the original carton.3 In addition, it has an extremely long cord, so that you do not need an extension cord in order to use it . All in all, I believe this is a really superior heating pad.

Love this heating pad mostly for its soft material, especially because I use it mostly for my back. It gets nice and hot and has the option of stay on for 2 hours or indefiently which I really like. The cord is also pretty long which is a nice feature!

I ordered the Pure Enrichment Heating Pad for my father for Father’s Day and he started using it immediately. We’re already so happy with the purchase and he said it was one of the best gifts he’s been given. We all can’t wait to use it. Definitely a great gift idea and provides instant relief.

I love this heating pad and used it every night for about a year before I started getting an error message. Luckily, the customer service at Pure Enrichment let me know about the product’s warranty and I received a new one within a week! It says a lot when a company stands by and believes in their product. Highly recommend!

It has work since I plugged it in from the first time I tried plugged it in several different places and still nothing will never recommend this brand or product to anyone else

After going through two Bodymed heating pads, I decided to give this one a try. So far Im happy with it. It definitely doesnt get as hot as the Bodymed. Im guessing the high temps are part of the reason why Bodymed doesnt seem to last all that long, although it has more of a quality-construction feel than this heating pad. I also hated all the beeping the Bodymed would make and the lack of backlighting on the controls. This one is certainly better in that regard. No beeping to wake my husband in the night and some light on the display (not too bright). If youre in a lot of pain, this one may not cut it though. I need a lot of heat to address pain. For menstrual cramps, I generally just go straight to a very hot water bottle. This I use for general warming and comfort. My husband, who is much more temperature sensitive, says this puts out enough heat for him when his back is sore.

So, I finally bought myself a pure heating pad, after buying my mom one several years ago, which she still uses almost daily.. I love it. ❤️ Ive used many heating pads over the years.. some good, some not so much. I think the features and functionality of this heating pad are a winning combo!

Okay heres the tea on this heating pad. First off, Ive been trying TONS of heating pads the past few months. My requirements were that it stayed on all night, got SUPER hot, made my back pain hurt less, and didnt hurt to lay on. Ill tell you now that this one checks all 4 and is by far the best heating pad Ive found for my back pain. If youre looking for a heating pad that gets hot - like almost burns your skin sometimes, this is the one. It takes maybe 5-10 mins to get pretty hot and then gradually gets super hot. It only stays super hot for maybe 10-15 mins then cools off only slightly. When it starts to not be that super hot temp that I like, I just click the heat seating down to 5 (it has 6 settings - 6 being the hottest) and then back up to 6, and usually, it will get super hot again. Kind of like I reset it ya know. Now for that burning hot heat, like where you need to turn it down because its painfully hot - I only ever feel that kind of heat with this heating pad when Im sleeping at night with it on my back. Like all of a sudden sometimes it gets soooo hot it wakes me up and I have to turn it down because its painfully burning me. Ill admit thou, I like that. I mean, I want a super hot heating pad. Cause its that super hot heat that soothes my back pain at night. Now as far as it staying super hot all night, thats not really the case. Even on the highest setting, it starts to cool off after a few hours. If I dont touch the remote it will stay at a warm temperature all night, but I wouldnt call it a very hot temp. Now it doesnt go completely cold, it just kind of cools down to like a 3/6 for temp Id say. Its still warm just not as warm/hot as Id like it. Now Ill usually wake up cause its not hot enough and then I just do my little trick on the remote. Click it down to the 5 then back up to the 6. Thats all it takes for it to get hot and tasty again in no time. And again it will stay like that for like 3-5 hours. I usually only need to hit the button on the remote once thru out the night to get it back up to my desired temp. So as far as it staying on overnight (9-10 hours) and staying warm, it definitely does stay warm and never goes cold. Which is hard to find in a heating pad. One thing I did notice this week is that at night the heating pad wasnt getting as hot as it did the days previous. Ive only had it a month so was like damn, is it broken already? It was like that 2 nights in a row, only getting slightly warm. So I just unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back and voila! That fixed it. That night it got back to its super hot temp. So just a little trick if you notice it not getting super hot, unplug and plug it back in. As far as the cord goes, its pretty long and doesnt get tangled. The remote is attached to the cord and is super easy to use. It even lights up when you press the buttons making it handy to use while sleeping or in the dark. The pad is covered with a super soft fabric that can be removed to be washed. And the fabric makes the pad super comfortable to lay on while sleeping or relaxing. If I had to rate this heating pad I would give it a 9/10. The only reason Im marking a point off is because it doesnt stay super super hot the whole night. But Ive tried lots of heating pads and this one beats all of them for how long it stays on and for how long it keeps emitting warm/hot heat. It really does help soothe my back pain at night and has made sleeping easier. If youve been looking for a heating pad that gets hot and stays on all night I definitely recommend this one!
