I decided to give it a try although I didnt need it just then, but recently used it and raved about it to my son, who is borrowing mine today, but also ordering yours. I love my new heating pad! It is bigger than my prior heating pad, but not too big for me. I bought my husband one like this, except his is bigger than mine and fits him well. It heats up quickly too. I would definitely recommend purchasing!

We purchased pure enrichment XL Plush Heating Pad size 12” x 24” in May 2023. I opened the box, plugged it in, turned it on high & felt the soothing heat over both my shoulders. The grey pad really is plush & soft, unlike another brand we ended up returning. A red light signals the heat is turned on (the other brand did not have this OR different heat settings). This XL pad (12” x 24”) has 6 settings; 1 = Warm to 6 = high. I like that the pad turns off automatically after two hours OR an option for continuous use can be selected. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it.

We purchased our PureRelief XL Heating Pad yesterday morning and it arrived on the same day (thank you Amazon). It was a huge blessing to my husband, who has been dealing with back pain this week. I love the long cord and easy to read temperature control. The heating pad itself is so soft and cushy - very comforting! I am tempted to buy a second one just for myself! I have disk degeneration in my lower back and frequently use a heating pad to combat acijes and pains. This heating paid is soft and has 6 adjustable heat settings. For almost a year it worked great. I was just about to purchase another one when I read a review which noted a five year warranty. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. They offered to send me a replacement for free. Now I just need to wait for it to arrive! Great customer service!

OK. So here is my honest review. This is the second heating pad of this type that I have purchased. And for some reason, after 6 to 8 months the controller displays a flashing F sign on the controller. The thing is you never know when its going to stop working. However, I can say with confidence, that after reporting this issue to the manufacture, (Abby) is who I spoke with, a new one was sent out very quickly. So if you happen to purchase one I can assure you that if it fails, just contact the manufacturer and theyll make it right for you.

Love this heating pad. Very soft to lay on . I really like that it will shut off in 2 hours if i fall asleep. (which I do every time, because it is so comfortable). This pad puts out more than enough heat. I have never had it turned up past the half way mark. Strong buy on this heating pad.

Its very soft and warm so far, I appreciate how fast it heats up. It doesnt keep the warmth for too long which I imagine is to prevent burns, other than that I really like it so far. Im using it for my back and wrist. It helps with the joint pain. The highest setting is a good temperature and the timer helps regulate it.
