I’m enjoying the PureRelief XL Heating Pad so far. It’s been very helpful for soothing my acute neck and shoulder pain. This is actually the second heating pad I’ve bought this week (the other was the ConairComfort Massaging Heating Pad); this one is far superior in size, texture, and consistency. One piece of criticism I will give, though, is that it does not seem to maintain high temperatures over time (even less than 2 hours).

Purchased your heating pad from Amazon as mine was on its last legs, and the reviews on Pure Enrichment were very complimentary. I decided to give it a try although I didnt need it just then, but recently used it and raved about it to my son, who is borrowing mine today, but also ordering yours. The softness and cozy warmth of the outer cover just made me want to snuggle. A good product that delivers. Well done!

It is wonderfully soft and flexible. I use a heating pad most nights for back pain caused by arthritis in my spine. The 6 heat settings provide a good range. I like that it wraps around my back and sides comfortably (its not stiff like the smaller, cheaper ones made with some kind of plastic). The storage bag is a great plus for rolling up the whole thing and keeping the cords out of the way instead of having to deal with a tangled mess when not in use. The plug on the unit is a bit unwieldy where half of it detaches so the pad can be washed. Thats the only downside Ive found. More expensive than what I had before but worth every penny, mostly for the comfort and larger size.

I love the softness of the fabric and the easy settings for temperature. I have had one for several years and it still works and feels like brand new. I bought a second one because my spouse needs one too.

I recently received the Pure Enrichment heating pad and cannot be more pleased. It’s the perfect size and folds nicely so I can travel with it. My favorite part is how the pad is not only soft and clean now but will continue to be because of the washability. This is a product that every home needs.

Soft and easy to use. I use high setting to warm up my bed at night and low setting for muscle soreness. Great customer support.

I absolutely love this product! I use it multiple times a week if not everyday for back pain. The material and feel of the product is so comfortable and the 6 settings are perfect! I was receiving an error and the product stopped working, but I remembered that there is a 5 year warranty from the company so I contacted them. I got to talk with a representative right away who immediately helped me with my problem and is sending me a replacement item. Quick and easy process! Highly recommend!

I like the size of this especially. Works well, neutral in color, and Im addicted to it as someone with a lot of back pain in their third trimester. I plan on using this when my baby gets here after baths (under a towel/safely of course). Love it.

I just received my Pure Enrichment heating pad. I found that it heated up really fast and the cover was very comfortable. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the placement of the large connector at the end of the pad. If I put it on top, it banged me in the head. If I put it at the bottom, I was sitting on it. It would have worked better for me if it came out the side of one of the ends. Thats the only suggestion I can make, because it works beautifully and is easy to use. This is still the best heating pad I have ever used. Thanks for your almost perfect product.

It has work since I plugged it in from the first time I tried plugged it in several different places and still nothing will never recommend this brand or product to anyone else
