After going through two Bodymed heating pads, I decided to give this one a try. So far Im happy with it. It definitely doesnt get as hot as the Bodymed. Im guessing the high temps are part of the reason why Bodymed doesnt seem to last all that long, although it has more of a quality-construction feel than this heating pad. I also hated all the beeping the Bodymed would make and the lack of backlighting on the controls. This one is certainly better in that regard. No beeping to wake my husband in the night and some light on the display (not too bright). If youre in a lot of pain, this one may not cut it though. I need a lot of heat to address pain. For menstrual cramps, I generally just go straight to a very hot water bottle. This I use for general warming and comfort. My husband, who is much more temperature sensitive, says this puts out enough heat for him when his back is sore.

My XL heating pad (I have 2 of them) checks all the right boxes. Its a great size for flexible use and is very soft and comfortable. I can adjust the heat level from 1-6 according to my needs. The controller allows me to set the heat to stay on or cut off after a limited period of time. An indicator light shows the pad is on and the easy to read screen shows the heat level. I did have an issue recently with one of my pads failing and I got an F flashing on the screen. These pads have a 5 year warranty and all it took was a phone call and reply to the email they sent me to have them send me a replacement pad. Great customer service!

I purchased this product for back pain and it worked very well. I love the length of the cord, which made it easier to use in multiple chairs in my home. After a year it developed an issue and stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer who offered to replace the heating pad at no cost. Excellent customer service.

I just received my Pure Enrichment heating pad today and was able to plug it in a use it right away. I am very happy with the results. I have some neck and back pains and this heating pad really relieved the pain after using it for about 20 minutes. There are 6 settings, and I had it at the highest setting. I have not tried it yet with moistening it but I think it will generate even more heat so I am excited to try that soon. It’s soft and comes with a pouch. I wish it was a little heavier, but overall I think it was worth the purchase at this price and has been very effective.

I love my new heating pad. The best part is theres no cover to slip off, like my old heating pad. I also like the multiple heat settings. Its also very soft and I love the color.

Bought in early March, 2023 and needed it for a newly sore lower back. It was wonderful until it displayed an F letter and ceased to function. 3 months from purchase date? Unacceptable. I was contacted by CUSTOMER SERVICE. My non-functioning heating pad issue was explained and several possible solutions were proposed, but none worked. Within 3 days of this conversation, a new replacement pad was delivered! This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY SUPPORT...Ive ever experienced. Yes, Im 74 years young and very impressed. Would buy again.

I recently received the Pure Enrichment heating pad and cannot be more pleased. It’s the perfect size and folds nicely so I can travel with it. My favorite part is how the pad is not only soft and clean now but will continue to be because of the washability. This is a product that every home needs.

I have disk degeneration in my lower back and frequently use a heating pad to combat acijes and pains. This heating paid is soft and has 6 adjustable heat settings. For almost a year it worked great. I was just about to purchase another one when I read a review which noted a five year warranty. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. They offered to send me a replacement for free. Now I just need to wait for it to arrive! Great customer service!

Ive had the Pure Relief XL heating pad for almost 5 years now. Its done a great job easing my aching muscles after grueling workouts. My mother uses it for her arthritis and it helps ease her pain. Unfortunately, I got the dreaded blinking F on the controller. I gave customer service a call and since its withing the 5 year warranty period they are replacing the unit for free. I couldnt be more happy with their customer service. Great company.

This heating pad is amazing. Ive only been using it consistently for a couple of weeks, but it does wonders in helping me deal with chronic pain. So much so, that I havent had the need to take pain medicine like I used to. I am so grateful for this product! There are 6 levels of heat. I usually start at 3 or 4 and increase as needed. I do put this directly on my skin, even at the highest temperature. My skin gets a little pink, but nothing serious. And because I use this on my abdomen, I have to fold it in half to fit properly, but it still works like a charm! The main thing Im dreading is washing it. I almost wish that the main heating element was plastic and that the fabric was removable, like maybe having snaps on the side to remove it. Also, it would be nice if it had a car adapter so I could use it on the go. Other than that, fabulous design!
