First time using the top handled snapped.

The first time we used the large 28 checked bag (on a domestic US flight), it arrived broken as shown in the photos. Very poor durability. Note there was nothing unusual packed in the bag, just clothes. And it was not overpacked or overstuffed; total weight at the airport was 46 pounds (specs say the bag itself weighs 11, so 35 pounds of clothes). Very disappointed.

This worked great for the first couple of uses, but after having it for six months I went to use it for about the 4th time, and the handle no longer fully extended. This makes the suitcase unusable for me. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything in their line of luggage.

Lots of room, light and has withstood four air trips without any show of wear or damage.

The carry-on was required to be checked by the airline. When we received it, the case had two cracks in it. Very disappointed in the product.

Handle on the carry on cannot extend after just one use. It’s jammed inside. Very frustrating

I can’t express enough how much I LOVE these pieces. I found the bigger and smaller elsewhere and just received the middle piece today. They’re so lightweight and maneuver with ease. The inside zippered flaps with pockets are awesome and hold so much. I am able to separate shoes and clothes, etc. and everything stays nice and neat. LOVE this!!
