The wheels are great (havent used it for more than one trip yet). It rolls smoothly and in multiple directions. I love it, such a breeze! Great interior storage construction and pockets. I wish I had gotten a suitcase with exterior pockets. Not their fault! And Ill live, I love this one.

Bought this suitcase as a gift for my daughter. She loved it!

Got this as a gift and felt that I needed to leave a review, this is a very inexpensive but nice carry-on. Tons of space and is really easy to organize.

The first time I received my luggage the zipper was broke. The next set they sent was good but the largest piece I just used for the first time and the attached picture is what it looks like. The 2nd photo the handle broke last week. I’ve only used it 3 times.

I gave this 3 piece set as a Christmas gift. As the luggage was lifted out of the cardboard shipping box, the handle broke right away. We then went to unzip the largest piece, and the zipper stitching pulled away. The set had to be returned, it was the worse luggage I’ve ever purchased.

Looks good. Very happy with my purchase.

We did a two week European trip and did carry on only. This little case squeezed in 10 ish days worth of women’s clothes, packed minimalist and smart but still fit! Great build and durable. Overall really nice luggage!

Broke on the first use; bottom support came off exposing 2 jagged screws and the inside zipper split. This product has not lived up to its reviews. Not worth the cost.

Zipper in the inside compartment is bad. After the first zip it went bad! I needed the suitcase for a vacation, so I used it and now I cannot return or exchange the suitcase. Not a happy camper as it is not usable - unhappy customer. I would be happy with an exchange at this point, as I was very happy with the suitcase.
