> 3 dayNever had any issues with this device, or any in cloning for it, on a true hard drive cloner, or using the Samsung software where I could take a 2TB hard drive and fit it onto only a 500 GB drive with ease. Nothing to report negative about it, and I have used the 860 and the 870, and used both of them to clone from one to the other with samsungs software having to issues at all.

> 3 dayThe free Samsung cloning software doesn’t say u need to create partitions, make the drive active format BEFORE trying to clone. Also doesn’t appear to b able to clone encrypted drives. Used 3rd party s/w
