> 3 dayI tried the dyson v15 detect before this product and I loved it. It is not a Dyson for sure but these days I couldn’t rationalize paying for the $800 vacuum so I sent it back and started looking for one that was the closest to this dyson. This one is it. Although it is much more bulky and doesn’t vacuum under the fridge, stove etc it seems the suction is pretty similar and has other features that for me are better like folding to store and extension for under beds. I did not want to use the storage for the dyson since it involved placing screws in my wall, new home equals a hell na for me. Emptying the canister is similar as well, both do not hold large amounts but that doesn’t bother me to empty a canister. Overall, with half the price of the Dyson and other features I mentioned this is definitely the better buy.

Greater than one weekI did a ton of research before replacing my dyson stick vacuum which I started having battery issues with. I was drawn to this vacuum because of the rave reviews of the suction power (everyone is right about that) and the removable and easily replaceable batteries. The batteries last a long time and I have two so I don’t have to worry about running out of charge before I finish vacuuming everything. I use this as my sole vacuum for my 1400 sq/ft house and it’s perfect. We have mostly LVP with some area rugs and tile. I didn’t expect to like the attachments so much. The one for dusting is my favorite. I never knew I needed it or wanted it. The only thing I don’t like is how the wand bends, I don’t really use the feature, but the problem I have is that it makes the stick part feel less sturdy. I’d prefer just a regular stick without the bend in the middle.

> 3 dayWeve had this for a few months now and were very happy with our purchase of this vacuum. We purchased it to be our downstairs (hardwood mostly) vacuum since we have pets and need to vacuum that area very regularly. With a full charge it does the entire downstairs and the canister is big so I only need to dump it once, twice max if its shedding season. I also use it on our sofa and it does a great job, but its not great for baseboards, a duster works better and then we vacuum after. Overall were quite happy and hope it keeps working this well for many years to come.

> 3 dayMy husband does the vacuuming in our condo and he NOW is very pleased with this one. He gave it a 3star because about a month after the purchase one back wheel started with a clicking sound. This did not affect the performance of the vacuum but the noise was annoying. On close examination we could see that a screw was sticking out and hitting the plastic inside frame of the wheel. This also caused the wheel to occasionally drag on the floor. He called Shark support and they would not replace the part but did offer to replace the bottom portion of the vacuum at our cost of $40. Feeling we had already paid a lot for this vacuum we did not want to pay more. So we chiseled out the plastic portion of the wheel that was hitting the screw. The wheel now turns silently! We hope this solves our issue. We truly are disappointed that Shark did not back the poor workmanship of the wheel. Thus the 3 star review... As far as the Shark itself- it is a wonderful sweeper. Being cordless makes it so much easier to move it around our condo. It does an excellent job of picking up dust/debris and the handle folds down so that sweeping under furniture is easy. If the problem with the wheel returns or begins with the other wheel we will get back and add to this review.

> 3 dayI would recommend it for anyone who wants to go cordless but doesnt want to pay the price for a Dyson. Pros: Works great on tile and wood. Love the bending feature for going under tables and chairs. Good on carpet and rugs if you vacuum regularly. Beater doesnt tangle with dog hair as advertised! Going cordless is great and is a time saver. Battery life is fine but we divide the chore - upstairs one day, downstairs another day. Cons: Will not stand up with battery connected-if you need to pause to move something you will have to lean it against something or lay it down. This is an annoyance that I can live with. 3 hours to fully charge battery. If you have a large area that uses the whole charge it would make sense to buy an extra battery just like you would for any cordless tool.

Greater than one weekI’ve had this thing for a year to clean my two-story house. It has amazing suction, very versatile with its accessories, and a reliable battery life. Do not regret getting it as it has made my life much cleaner. I have four dogs who shed and it picks up pet hair like a dream. Highly recommend it!

> 3 dayLight and great swivel...cleans excellently...long battery use even with one but (I got an extra battery)...I purchased the fold down model and it is a fantastic feature. Dust cup is a bit small but since the vacuum is lightweight and not full size its fine. Be sure to put it low into the waste basket to empty so dust doesnt fly out. I wipe the inside with a baby wipe after removing the debris. Easy to store. Great all around!

> 3 dayI ordered this vacuum and after a few uses, the vertex stick broke and wouldnt allow the vacuum to be unfolded in order to actually use it. I called shark ninja and they were mostly helpful. It was about $60 to get a new one as its not a covered part in their warranty. the power is decent for a cordless stick vacuum but the selling point for me is that i can fold this vacuum up and store it under a cabinet. thats something i cant do with my giant kirby

> 3 dayThis vacuum isnt perfect but performed well beyond my expectations. Its a million times better than my Dyson cordless. My only complaints/ cons are the battery life and lack of accessory storage. If you plan to use it on carpet, spend the extra money on a second battery. No static shock at all for me. The biggest complaint I read on here is static shock. I vacuumed my large carpeted bedroom twice with no issues. I even intentionally didnt touch the grounding bar on the handle with no shock at all. On the carpet setting and high suction, one pass in my large bedroom quickly brought the battery to 60%. I was able to do a second pass on the carpet, my large bathroom and stairs, both hard surfaces, all on high with a single battery. I was surprised to see how much power was lost on the carpet but my Dyson never worked on carpet at all even though it came with a carpet/ brush roller attachment. With only one carpeted room in my house, this will replace my traditional corded vacuum too. The two batteries are enough to do my entire 1500 sqft house with the suction on high and a single attachment for both carpet and hard surfaces. The hair free brush roller is a life saver! After two passes on the carpet, there were only a few of my wives hairs wrapped around the roller which were easily pulled off by hand. No more scissors to the brushes to cut half a head of hair off the rolled every other week. It would be nice to have a wall mount charger with tool storage like my Dyson has but its worth the trade off for a cordless vacuum that actually works. The Shark also has one handed tool change with the release button on the tool itself. Unlike the Dyson that requires both hands with the button being on the vacuum.
