> 24 hour1 out of the 3 stopped working. I did NOT LIKE that only 4 schedules could be set. I couldn’t use it as a pool pump plug because of it, since I’d need it turned off and on various parts of the day. If you need more than 4 set schedules, don’t buy it. But otherwise they’re pretty okay.

> 24 hourThese work fairly well; the big problem I have is every time they get unplugged or lose power, and I relogin with the app (cloud intelligence IOS app) all the timer on events get changed to timer off, and I have to manually go back and change them from ‘timer off’ to timer on. Which means remembering which is which, but at least that is easier than setting them up initially. (Which is also not all that difficult) Have had one of 8 of these get locked up, but unplugging it and resuming it (with the changing timer offs to on) did work just fine. The rest have worked flawlessly for a couple of months or more.

> 24 hourI was pleasantly surprised that I can control the plugs with the app remotely. Setup was pretty easy and once it is setup it is maintenance free. Only drawback is that the size is pretty big and kind of difficult to use two next to each other on a power strip. I just use the timer function and cannot comment on other features.

> 24 hourKeeps constantly disconnecting, convoluted process to connect to Alexa, requiring an email address just to use… these plugs are pretty much worthless. Unless you need something quick, to hold you until you purchase decent ones, don’t bother. The other issues are workable, but no… constantly disconnecting is a no-no for a smart device. I only gave the extra star because its responsive at least 45-50% of the time.

> 24 hourWith a Wifi 6 mesh network. With both 2.4 and 5ghz networks with same ssid. This does not work at all with out breaking the network settings. Needs to be on a ssid thats 2.4 only and not smart enough to know what is what. All are like this but thought Id try. Sent back.

> 24 hourMy current view: after posting my prior review I was contacted by the manufacturer who promised they had fixed the issue I described below. They sent me a free shipment of replacement outlet plugs and they worked exactly as they were supposed to. Very happy with their effort to correct the problem. Prior review: I own several other brands of these and they are all pretty much the same. HOWEVER, these will not connect to my wifi - yes, Im trying to connect to 2.4ghz. Yes, I have followed the instructions TO THE LETTER. Yep, I have their most recent App. They will not connect. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for wifi plugs. There are many good brands - just not these. The box says 2 year warrantee - good luck finding anyone to honor it.

> 24 hourI like they are small, but they didnt work after the power went out. The 2.4 internet connection, for me, didnt work. My brother got me hooked up, but I couldnt re hook it up after we lost power. Its probably worth it for me to pay more, with the people friendly option.

> 24 hourAfter trying with two other kind, I finally came across these ones and violá, they worked like a charm. The only this I wish is that they wont cut off the power completely off the appliance/socket. I tried it with one of my cable boxes, and unfortunately because it shuts it down completely when it turn off, every time I turn it on it goes through the set up process. No big thing, but it would have been nice to be able to plug both the TV and the box in one and have them box turn on simultaneously instead of having to give Alexa two commands. Maybe I been lazy, but isnt that the reason that we are automating our lives? So we dont have to work hard? LOL. They are really good for independent items like, fans, humidifiers, coffee makers, lights, etc. If you want to control you kids video game usage (and they dont know you are using a smart plug), this will be perfect because you can set it up to shut down for specific times. This wont work if they just unplug the little gadget and plug their machine straight on the wall socket, thou. LOL. Great buy
