El problema es que no se puede conectar al internet a menos que tengas un router solo para ésto.

1 out of the 3 stopped working. I did NOT LIKE that only 4 schedules could be set. I couldn’t use it as a pool pump plug because of it, since I’d need it turned off and on various parts of the day. If you need more than 4 set schedules, don’t buy it. But otherwise they’re pretty okay.

They worked, the only downside is - I changed my password to my wifi router, which caused me to have to individually reset every plug. 5 starts if they had a simple integration for moments like that.

I love the ease of setting these up and adding them to be controlled by Alexa. For some reason once and a while a plug will randomly go offline (I have 8.) Not a huge deal for most of them. You just have to unplug for a few seconds, then replug in. Not terrible, just annoying. I would say probably once a week or maybe longer one random plug will be offline.

I was a little skeptical at first when I ordered these because I was not familiar with the brand. The size of these smart plugs is very convenient. The quality is very good. I rated the installation a 3 instead of a 5 and overall product a 4 out of 5 only because even though I have English selected for the app a few selections / options still show up in a different language I can’t read and have to use a translator app to read (e.g. scene actions selection). Overall I am happy with these. I wish they worked with Apple’s Siri too but these are working great with my Echo dots and the Alexa app (iOS). The Cloud Intelligence app even works remotely via cellular internet while away from home and not just on my home Wifi, so this is great to turn lights on when I am on my way home or to check if I forgot to turn my lights off after I leave.

I’m using this to turn on/off a grow light in my indoor garden. Scheduling is pretty easy as is setup. Make sure whatever device you’re using to set this up (phone, tablet…) is already on a 2.4ghz network. I was hoping it would work with another smart app I was currently using but no such luck… Needs another app. I wish these manufacturers would come up with 1-2 apps for these smart devices. Other than that, setup took about 2 mins. Super easy and works well. -1 star due to having to use another app.

This review is for the product released around 2018 that uses Smart Life. Using the product was painless, very simple, and fast. I ordered 2 sets (4 each) when the product went on sale and all worked fine and only 1 failed (which prompted me to write this review). When 1 out of 8 failed, I reached out to the seller, and I never have to return the failed device, I just got sent 4 of them (a full set). It was fast, it was efficient, no questions asked replacement because he told me that this product have 2 years warranty. I hope that other companies follow suit. I gave this product a 5 star (the old version), for price, performance, customer support, warranty, and versatility. Btw, the replacement I got doesnt seem to be compatible with Smart Life, so I have yet to test it. THIS IS HOW YOU PAIR WITH ALEXA: You have to download the Cloud Intelligence app and you must have the Alexa app. Put the device in pairing mode by holding the button for 5 seconds until it starts blinking. Using the Cloud Intelligence app, select add a device or use the auto find feature. You must have a 2.4g wifi signal for it to pair and you must input your wifi password. You must also allow permissions for Bluetooth and precise location while using the app. Once the device is found, edit the device and rename it whatever you want. Then Open the Alexa app. You must be logged into BOTH accounts. Using the Cloud Intelligence app, go to the profile tab, select More Services and youll see amazon alexa and google assistant. Select amazon alexa, select Bind Account and your phone will open your Alexa app and it will attempt to link the two apps/accounts together. This opens a web page and will either be successful or not. Your Alexa app will get a notification saying its been paired, and your alexa may even audibly tell you that it found new devices, with the names you gave the devices if you edited the names in the Cloud Intelligence app. TEST TO SEE IF WORKING AND THEN DELETE THIS INVASE DATA STEALING APP. It is granted permissions to your search history, photo library, exact location, all your bluetooth and wifi info. Plugs work great but the amount of info it requires to install is downright unacceptable
