> 3 dayI setup two of the four devices so far, and performed a quick test of countdown & timer features, manual on/off with the physical switch and the app. I used my Google account to register my logon with the Cloud Intelligence app (impossible to mess up) and then the Alexa skill setup & account linking was easy too. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars is that I ran into an issue that was NOT documented within the instructions: Devices could not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while using WPA2 for the security setting. After being unable to find a solution, I went to my router portal and started tooling around... Eventually finding that normal (older) WPA security setting allows these devices to connect successfully.

> 3 dayI’m using this to turn on/off a grow light in my indoor garden. Scheduling is pretty easy as is setup. Make sure whatever device you’re using to set this up (phone, tablet…) is already on a 2.4ghz network. I was hoping it would work with another smart app I was currently using but no such luck… Needs another app. I wish these manufacturers would come up with 1-2 apps for these smart devices. Other than that, setup took about 2 mins. Super easy and works well. -1 star due to having to use another app.

> 3 dayAfter trying with two other kind, I finally came across these ones and violá, they worked like a charm. The only this I wish is that they wont cut off the power completely off the appliance/socket. I tried it with one of my cable boxes, and unfortunately because it shuts it down completely when it turn off, every time I turn it on it goes through the set up process. No big thing, but it would have been nice to be able to plug both the TV and the box in one and have them box turn on simultaneously instead of having to give Alexa two commands. Maybe I been lazy, but isnt that the reason that we are automating our lives? So we dont have to work hard? LOL. They are really good for independent items like, fans, humidifiers, coffee makers, lights, etc. If you want to control you kids video game usage (and they dont know you are using a smart plug), this will be perfect because you can set it up to shut down for specific times. This wont work if they just unplug the little gadget and plug their machine straight on the wall socket, thou. LOL. Great buy

> 3 dayThey work accept they are too bulky. I tried to install two of them stacked 1 to control my Speaker and other to control the Subwoofer. I couldnt fit both on the same outlet. I had to use a small extension plug so I can fit both on the se outlet. Setup was easy like every other smart plug I used before.

Greater than one weekMain reason I bought this Smart Switch was becaaaaaaaaause, in the comments a seller said; Works with Smart life app. I think someone should say something about this misinformation, in that I have verified; Does NOT work with Smart life app. This is important information to know in that, like myself I have several smart switches and sensors which all use the Smart life app and the next purchase needs to be compatable/integrate with Smart life to be able to auto switch on/off, read temperature... Without An Echo (Alexa) device. I wont be returning because, can be used for other things.

> 3 dayEl problema es que no se puede conectar al internet a menos que tengas un router solo para ésto.

> 3 dayI have to unplug them and plug them back in every two weeks or so when they stop showing up on the phone app. The phone app is a swiss army knife made for dozens of different kinds of devices, and needs more permissions than are justified. Every couple of months the app forgets who you are and youll be digging for your login credentials, so youve been warned... put them in a password manager. Other than that... yeah... they work OK.

> 3 dayYou have to read the directions and download the app that suggests. Then link that app with your alexa app not too hard to do although im not text savvy. So if I can do it anyone can. Just be patient follow the directions they work great.
