> 3 day2022 Dec update: Just wanted to add that it still works with Alexa. I saw a lot of 1star reviews stating it does not. Once you added your plugs to the smart app, you need to link your app with alexa and it works without problems. Very good bundle price! Easy setup with Alexa! Phone app is also great, I love the timer function! Only downside is that because it is circular and not rectangular, it limits your double sockets. You can still use the second but only with smaller, simple plugs. If your second plug is bigger, there’s not enough room to use it on the same socket.

> 3 dayI give 2 stars, 1 because they came on time & look exactly like the ad & another because they *do* work, HOW-EV-ER, they are CONSTANTLY turning themselves on & off at random hours despite my scheduled time. We recently left the house & came back, my grandmother was SITTING IN THE DARK because the timer failed to come on. This had happened before with the dogs, but theyre dogs, so it wasnt so bad. I have tried deleting & rescheduling them so many times, they still mess themselves up. Im not sure if its under the impression that I am in a different time zone or what because it always seems to be off by 5 hours. Its extremely frustrating. Also, if you want to work them remotely, you must go to your app settings & allow the app to access your data. Good luck, I hope you have less problems with them than I do. They work great as far as connecting them to wifi & using your smart device to control it, especially for a plug in a hard-to-reach spot but I bought them SPECIFICALLY for the schedule/timer function & this just aint it. Update: Im taking away a a star. I did end up enabling location for this app, which is not a permission I like to give to *every* app. This seemed to help, but Im still having issues with them randomly turning on & off. Last night, we fell asleep on the couch while watching a movie & AT TWO A.M., all 4 devices randomly turned on & woke us up. I thought there was a power surge but usually it affects the microwave & in this instance, it did not, so I have no idea. This isnt the first time theyve come on in the middle of the night. I woke up in our room & could see light coming from under the door & thats because the living room had magically turned itself on. Not only does this disrupt my sleep, stress me out, & waste electricity, one of the outlets is hooked to to a camera & despite technology, I dont believe its 100% fool-prrof from being hacked so I dont like it on more than necessary (which is why I bought the plugs). Lastly, these plugs dont seem to turn themselves on according to schedule whenever Im not home & on the same wifi. If I want the schedule to work so that the dogs arent sitting in the dark, Im going to need to SET A REMINDER ALARM to go to the app & manually turn them on, OR just buy another timer that *actually* works.

> 3 dayWe have several different devices in the house that are all hooked up to Alexa and these plug ins are the worst at connectivity. We have two lamps in our room and over half the time we ask Alexa to turn the lights on or off only one lamp comes on and says one or the other is offline or not communicating and has to be reset. This happens almost daily. Will be replacing with something else soon

> 3 dayMy current view: after posting my prior review I was contacted by the manufacturer who promised they had fixed the issue I described below. They sent me a free shipment of replacement outlet plugs and they worked exactly as they were supposed to. Very happy with their effort to correct the problem. Prior review: I own several other brands of these and they are all pretty much the same. HOWEVER, these will not connect to my wifi - yes, Im trying to connect to 2.4ghz. Yes, I have followed the instructions TO THE LETTER. Yep, I have their most recent App. They will not connect. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for wifi plugs. There are many good brands - just not these. The box says 2 year warrantee - good luck finding anyone to honor it.

> 3 dayI setup two of the four devices so far, and performed a quick test of countdown & timer features, manual on/off with the physical switch and the app. I used my Google account to register my logon with the Cloud Intelligence app (impossible to mess up) and then the Alexa skill setup & account linking was easy too. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars is that I ran into an issue that was NOT documented within the instructions: Devices could not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while using WPA2 for the security setting. After being unable to find a solution, I went to my router portal and started tooling around... Eventually finding that normal (older) WPA security setting allows these devices to connect successfully.

> 3 dayI had a wifi router in another room unplug itself. The Smart Plug device was then unable to connect, of course not its fault. Repluged in router But then to get smart Plug running again, had to log into Cloud Intelligence, had problems so had to start everything for Smart Plug all over again. All working great now, but I hope to NOT need to log into Cloud Intelligence again. Alexa integration worked great.
