The best smart outlets on the market! I use Apple HomeKit primarily for my smart home and I’ve had nothing but “no response” issues with other “name” brand smart plugs. These outlets just work. They’re always responsive, integrate easily with my automations and don’t take up much space on the outlet. What more could you want in a smart plug? Now I have smart routines for holiday lights, fish tanks, decorative lamps and even a plug-in vent booster fan in my attic.

Initially it worked great for over a year, until we got new Wi-Fi service it failed to connect properly. Reset and tried to reconnect, no luck. It would ‘connect’ but after that accessory unresponsive. Even when using their own app to try to get initial connection continued issues. After half a dozen tries in different ways I given up. It worked great until this happened.

As I, really would try to say the right words. As I really would like To write them out. Also would be great if You could see what buttons needs to be pressed. These outlet plugs work like a charm with the Apple Home app once you get them set up and configured for how you want them to work. I believe that it would be helpful if the manufacturer employed technical writers who could write more easily understood instructions for setup and use of these products by English speaking users. My hope is that these outlet plugs will prove to be durable and reliably function for many years to come but only time will tell.

Also requires it’s own app if not using Apple HomeKit. Btw, apple doesn’t use iPad as Hub anymore

My wifi router and cable modem periodically get stuck and the only solution seems to be to recycle the power. I bought this smart plug to power down and up on a schedule every few days. What makes it work is the plug has a scheduling function that works without the network having to be there so I could use it. Works great! Now my internet is always up even when Im away. Since then Ive used it to turn on the coffee pot in the morning and turn on/off lights throughout the house. I highly recommend it.

I’m very pleased to find mini plugs that work with both HomeKit and Alexa and have ETL safety certifications. These are nice sturdy small plugs and although the fit is tight, you can indeed get two into a regular outlet. Set up with Homekit was very easy: The device was recognized immediately, added as soon as I scanned the QR code, and worked right away. Setup was a little more difficult with Alexa because the device needed a firmware update, and as long as it did, Alexa kept saying it was unavailable. Even though it worked fine with HomeKit. Neither the Meross app nor the eHomeLife app indicated a firmware update was needed on the individual device information. Instead, I had to go into the account information, and that’s where it showed me that a firmware update was available. Once the firmware update was complete, everything worked fine. So even though the installation process was a little glitchy, I’m very pleased with the plugs and with the quality of them, especially at this price. I expect to be buying several more in the future.

Ease of use, reliable, small. All 5 star features. I have a bunch of old Wxxx (x outs deliberate) wall plugs and theyre not even 1 star compared to these.

Works pretty good and easy to set up, using the QR on the outlet. I use it with Apple home kit.

This time they added ok following these steps: Force eero network into 2.4 ghz mode Disable Pi-hole Turn WiFi off and on to have iPhone reconnect to 2.4 ghz WiFi Add to home app by scanning code (fails) -but does get them on WiFi Download refoss app and update firmware on plugs Reset plugs by holding button for 5 seconds Add to home app again by scanning code: success!
