> 3 dayEase of use, reliable, small. All 5 star features. I have a bunch of old Wxxx (x outs deliberate) wall plugs and theyre not even 1 star compared to these.

> 3 dayThese outlets are designed so that you can easily fit two into the same wall socket, unlike many others that are round and interfere with each other, preventing you from doing the same. Each outlet has a HomeKit scannable QR code that allows you to very quickly add these outlet to your HomeKit installation and get them up and running. ..and just like many other outlets, they have the ability to be placed in discovery mode and AP mode so you can configure the outlets within any smart-home based tools. The only challenge are the various Meross, SmartLife, and other applications that exist that make it a bit confusing when trying to merge all your smart devices into one application, with one account. However, there technical support is spot on and are happy to assist you should you have any difficulty navigating the apps and accounts.

> 3 dayThese outlet plugs work like a charm with the Apple Home app once you get them set up and configured for how you want them to work. I believe that it would be helpful if the manufacturer employed technical writers who could write more easily understood instructions for setup and use of these products by English speaking users. My hope is that these outlet plugs will prove to be durable and reliably function for many years to come but only time will tell.

> 3 dayWasnt complicated. Out of the box, I use my iphone camera to scan the QR code located on the individual outlet. I then plug it in, by that time, my phone has already given me the prompt to open it in my Home. I then add it to whatever specific room, and give it a name. Nothing extra or special. Did NOT have to download the Meross app. My phone is then attached to a Homepod Mini which means we can control our lights, sockets, etc while away from home, not just while close to the object. Both my husbands phone and my phone have the same home so we can both control everything. Overall ... set up of these was as it should be, scan and go. Easy peasy. (In the photo, our livingroom table lamp is attached to this outlet ... so I set it up as a light and not an outlet)

> 3 dayAlso requires it’s own app if not using Apple HomeKit. Btw, apple doesn’t use iPad as Hub anymore

> 3 dayBoth of mine went out in less than a year. They remained plugged in since they arrived at my house and I set them up. They worked great the whole time. We used them when we went on vacation, and I had them setup to turn on every morning and off at a certain time in the morning. But then one day one stopped working and the other quit about two months later, which was some time last week. I tried resetting up the second one but it cannot be found. NOTE: At first I thought maybe the first one went out due to a brown out in the area. But the second one went out without any such occurrence and was plugged into a surge protector since I set it up.

> 3 dayI wanted to set up my coffee in the morning and did it from my phone. It worked for a couple of days but loses signal to wifi constantly, and then I have a battle trying to set it up again. I think it works better if you have Apple TV or Apple Home, but I dont have either of those.
