> 3 dayI have several brands of wifi /app based plugs and for comparison they fit easily UK into the outlets, stacking in the wall outlets without crowding each other. The app is simple as can be and matching the outlets with the app took less then a minute, with setting the times/ schedule for on/off easy and intuitive. My Echo app hooked up to them in the same easy manner as pairing them with the app. Very happy with the purchase!

Greater than one weekThe plugs were shipped and arrived within 2 day. I was able to connect the outlets easily with a Meross app I have from previous smart plugs I purchased. I likes that even though these were from a different company, I didnt have to download a new app to use them. The LED status light on the side changes color and flashes during the setup and use to allow you to know what state the plug is in. Once connected to my wifi network, my Alexa app detected it and I was easily able to set up routines and actions. Basically a set and forget plug that just work. I dont have Apple HomeKit but it works great with Alexa /Amazon Echo. Great plugs at a great price.

Greater than one weekThe Google device comparability is a little unreliable. You have to download an app for these outlets. Setup did not go smoothly. One of the outlets would not set up, but after I had left it alone for a while, it just worked. I keep getting prompted to install new firmware, but an unable. Theres a QR code on the outlet that doesnt work right and takes you to a Google search that takes you to an h&m product. Pretty sure that wasnt supposed to happen. The lights I have plugged in to these outlets sometimes turn themselves off on their own. Basically it works, but I wish I had paid double for the Phillips product, so it could work better, along with the various hue products I use.

> 3 dayAdded them recently for Christmas decor lights and loved the ease of install/setup. Was able to create a “Christmas Scene” in Home and schedule it with automation. Will likely buy more.

> 3 dayTried setting up on my IPhone running IOS 16. First, setting up through the manufacturer app is useless, it redirects you to the IHOME app, ok fine. Based on the instructions I setup it through IOS IHOME app first, the plug would work, but as soon as I would close the app and re open, IHOME was unable to connect to plug. I deleted the plug, restarted my phone, and tried again, this time when plug was recognized by IHOME I used the manufacturer app to add it, well the manufacturer app would not locate or recognize the plug. Other review I read had the same connectivity issues. Save your money, and buy something else.

> 3 dayPurchased this item twice we loved it so much! Did not have to download a separate app - it just scans to the Apple Home App directly. Very reliable, only a rare occurrence does it need a split second to connect. Replaced old clicker version and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayOkay so I had a little issue getting it to connect to Apple HomeKit at first but finally figured out a trick (unless I’m doing it way wrong). I found I first had to download the Meross app PRIOR to adding it to Apple HomeKit. Once you have the app, hit the “+” in the top right and select your product (I have three outlets and a smart outdoor outlet). Then follow the prompts for that specific product (you can only add one at a time so don’t even plug the other ones in yet if you have multiples). The prompts will take you to wifi settings where you’ll see a new wifi signal pop up (starts with an M followed by other numbers and letters at the very bottom). You’ll select that and it’ll say “add to wifi and home” which is what you want to happen. You’ll then be directed to the HomeKit App and you’ll be prompted to scan the code on the side of the PRODUCT ITSELF NOT THE ONE ONE BOX. It’ll take a few seconds (be patient) and then you’ll be prompted to select what room the product is located in. After thats added, go back to and close the Meross app completely (you won’t be prompted you’ll have to go their manually) and then reopen the app. Click the “+” one more time and you should see the product you just installed in HomeKit pop up in BLUE at the top. Select that and that will officially add it to the Meross app. Close the app completely one more time and then reopen the app and your product should be listed. I know that was long winded but HomeKit is finicky so I figured I’d give some of my new found wisdom to the rest of you. This is an amazing product and one of the only smart outlets that works with HomeKit so be patient and let the apps do their thing. I promise you it’s worth it.

> 3 dayPrimarily bought this to control a floor standing fan remotely. I have never used Homekit before but we have an ipad on the counter so I figured it could act as the remote and a good way to test how it works. Setup was very easy. I scanned the barcode on top of the plug and after a few minutes it was automatically added to the Home app in iOS. I did have one hiccup where I was browsing through the manual and it mentioned the homekit barcode could be found in the manual but I couldnt find it. I could only find the barcode on the device itself. So, save yourself a few minutes and just work off the device itself. Overall, very simple to use.

> 3 dayWasnt complicated. Out of the box, I use my iphone camera to scan the QR code located on the individual outlet. I then plug it in, by that time, my phone has already given me the prompt to open it in my Home. I then add it to whatever specific room, and give it a name. Nothing extra or special. Did NOT have to download the Meross app. My phone is then attached to a Homepod Mini which means we can control our lights, sockets, etc while away from home, not just while close to the object. Both my husbands phone and my phone have the same home so we can both control everything. Overall ... set up of these was as it should be, scan and go. Easy peasy. (In the photo, our livingroom table lamp is attached to this outlet ... so I set it up as a light and not an outlet)
