> 24 hourBought two and realized how good this product is. So I bought another three and put all five bikes on the garage wall. Really sturdy, not the usual foreign junk. Super easy to install. Worth every penny!

> 24 hourThe good news - this is a seriously solid rack, well-engineered and built to last. In fact, Id say it is over-engineered and probably far more rugged and durable than it needs to be. It would be ideal for both commercial situations and home situations like mine. The semi-bad news - this rack can be bear to install into a block (masonry) wall. You need to drill 3/8-inch anchor holes in the block, which is not easy for most folks. A 3/8 bit is the top capacity of most home drills. I had to buy a new masonry bit and even though I generally know my way around tools, it was a struggled to drill clean holes that were level, etc. -- not impossible mind you, just a struggle. This rack would probably do fine with 1/4 tapcon screws holding it onto a wall, but thats part of the over-engineering I mentioned above. Once you get these bolts in, the rack isnt going anywhere. Also, the primary bolts holding this onto the wall are carriage bolts, which require a socket wrench to really get tight. I had the wrench, but again, its not common to every household. Those issues aside, I LOVE THIS BIKE RACK. I have two bikes on a wall in a newly renovated workshop (see the picture). I had to install them on a space between a sink and a shelf. Because of these racks, I can swing the bikes in either direction, depending on which thing I need to access. Because their footprints on the wall are so small, I will be able to mount other items on the walls around them - shovels, ladders, etc. Even my wife was impressed. One thing that took a long time to figure out - how to stagger the height of the two racks so that my bikes (which are almost the same size) wouldnt bump into each other. You MUST visit the companys website to download their suggestions for install, but even those are a bit useless to me as they are in metric and they offer two very different options for spacing. I ended up placing the racks about 16 inches apart and mounted the second one about 6 inches higher. That provided plenty of clearance between handle bars and pedals. Btw - it is not a very big deal to load the bike into the higher rack. It takes a bit more effort as you need to push the front wheel up onto the rack, but my wife was able to handle it easily. Overall, Im thrilled with these racks and I think anyone who can handle the issues of proper tools and the installation will love them too.

> 24 hourThe install was easy with the included hardware and instructions. I would do a “dry run” before you fully tighten down the lag screws (easier with a helper) to get the height right. I have a mountain bike with 29” tires, and while the width is perfectly acceptable, the tire does not come fully into contact with both metal supports of the keeper. They also do not swing as tight as I would like, mainly due to the handlebars. A very innovative product though and I gained a lot of space in my garage

> 24 hourSpent a lot of time researching and testing bike storage systems... couldnt be happier with these. They cost a lot compared to rubber-coated hooks. But, unlike that cheap option, these are rock-solid, dont scrape your rims and make loading and unloading your bike as easy as rolling it. Additionally, the ability to swing the bikes allowed me to mount them 16 apart (perfect for attaching to studs), even mountain bikes with really wide handlebars. The only gripe I have is with the installation instructions. The method for calculating the mounting height is *way* off, especially for bikes with large tires. I had to add 2.5 inches for my mountain bikes and 1.5 inches for my dual sports with road tires. For bikes with big tires, it is extremely important that the rear tire not be touching the ground, or your bike will roll off the rack. Pros - Super compact storage due to swinging mount - Unbelievably easy to roll on and off... no lifting at all - Rock-solid construction - Feels like its worth more than it cost (and it aint cheap!) - Looks like they belong in a pro bike shop or the lobby of a trendy Silicon Valley start up - All hardware included, even for concrete and masonry walls Cons - Installation instructions may only be for road bikes, so your mileage may vary - Seriously, thats it

> 24 hourIf the company sends me another lag screw it will go to 5 stars. Sent an email to them questioning the size rack I should get and never received an answer. Bought a classic and hope that when I upgrade my bike this will fit the new one. Easy install and I can swerve the bike out of the way of the cars and a door for storage in the garage. Really perfect for our situation. Company responded and sent a new screw set immediately. Have had it up for a little over a month now and works great. Our garage is small, barely fits the cars and love that this turns so the bikes are out of the way.

> 24 hourThis rack is fantastic. We are a very active cycling family- 9 bikes between 4 people. My wife and daughters are not particularly tall, so hanging bikes on the wall has always been a bit of a challenge, We had traditional bike hooks in the wall, but family members had difficulty hoisting the bike up into the hook. Additionally, if you need to move the bikes to one side or the other, inevitably the bike wheel turns sideways to the hook and things get messy from there. The result? Hooks bending spokes, bikes tangled up, and unhappy cyclists. When rennovating the garage, I bit the bullet and bought a bunch of these racks. WOW! What a difference!! We staggered the bikes (high/ low) to squeeze them close together. Bikes just roll onto the low racks from the floor- basically zero effort. To store a bike on the high rack still requires lifting, but its a lot easier to do- instead of having to capture the hook with the wheel, you just drop the wheel onto the rack. Much simpler! Perhaps the best feature is the ability to swing bikes from one side to the other. Unless you have a dedicated garage for your bikes, youre likely sharing space with cars and household stuff. Getting to the bike at the end of the row used to always cause problems for us. Now, we can just swing the other bikes out of the way and access whichever bike were after. Brilliant!! The photos attached are before and after shots. The before shot shows lots of wheel/ tire marks on the walls, and you can tell they dont always hit the hook they were after. Weve had the SteadyRacks installed for over 6 months, and theres nary a mark on the wall. Fantastic!!

> 24 hourThese work very well, easy to install and look kinda cool. I have one for a thin tire bike (the tri-bike) and one for a fat tire (4 inch tire) bike. The only issue i have is that the fat tire bike rack touches the wall which keeps the fat tire bike handle bar sticking 30+ inches from the wall. I will probably take it down and mount it hire so I dont have to remember to avoid it (Im 5-6 tall). I would defiantly recommend these. If I get more bikes, I will be getting more of these.

> 24 hourLove these racks! Wish I had gotten them years ago. The skinny, hook-type racks work fine for our light road bikes, but our heavy mountain bikes with the wide tires wouldnt fit in them and were too big and awkward to lift up and try to make them fit. So we got these racks and love them. Our bikes wheels are 29 x 2.25 and they fit just fine in these racks with a little room to spare. Really love how easy it is to lift up the front of your bike and just roll the front wheel into the rack. Bike stays in place perfectly. We didnt even mount the rear wheel guide. And getting the bikes down from the racks are just as easy. Mounting instructions were good. We mounted on a block wall in our garage, so we only used two of the screw holes in the top and bottom of each rack and they are very sturdy. We mounted one a few inches higher than the other to give our bikes wide handlebars a bit of room to overlap. Highly recommend these racks for those that dont want to lift heavy bikes and deal with trying to get the bike tires to fit inside little hooks.

> 24 hourI bought a Fat rack and a Classic rack through Amazon Warehouse. One of the racks shipped without the mounting hardware but I had similar bolts on hand and used those. I contacted the manufacturer via their website and they said they would ship out the hardware to me asap. These racks are fantastic. Loading the bikes into the racks is so easy, and it keeps the bikes out of the way. The Classic rack states it fits bikes with tires up to 2.4 width - thats just not possible. I have a mountain bike with 2.4 tires and I had to force it to fit even without the tires being properly inflated. The manufacturer should adjust this guidance. I had anticipated the mountain bike might not fit and ordered anyway since I have a road bike that fits the Classic rack easily. I mounted the racks into studs and found the process fairly easy although I did watch a few YouTube videos first. I will definitely be buying a MTB version for my other bike, these racks are so handy.

> 24 hourI have been looking for a bike rack that can support my wifes new e-bike and help save space in the garage. My wife and I stumbled upon this rack during a recent trip and we bought two for our bikes (we have three). After installing the two we bought (the store only had two in stock) we were so pleased we decided to buy the third on Amazon. We now have all three bikes hanging in the garage in the space that one bike would take up. Super easy to install, saves space and is easy to load and unload the bikes; even the heavier e-bike. I highly recommend this rack.
