> 3 dayI lik the fact I can hang my e-bike from this bracket and not have to worry about it falling. At 68 and 56 its all I can do to lift it up to the cradle. If you drop the height of the bracket down to 1/4 over the length between the tire centers, its easy to roll the e-bike up to the bracket and hang it. This was learned from trial and error. A normal bike would be easier to lift so you could just use the dimensions in the instruction sheet verbatim.

> 3 dayThe racks seem to work well and are secure into the wall. Quality: my only main issue is that the plastic caps covering the bolts area on the top and bottom are very cheap and don’t come off or attack easily. Otherwise the rack is fairly solid. Install: The one issue I had was that the bolts did not fit the 1/2 inch socket bit. In fact, they were between sizes, which is fine if you just use a large socket to drive them into the wall. Not so fine if you want to take them out without having to use a wrench. The bolts got a bit stripped in the process. I didn’t predrill my holes into the studs, because I was able to just hand drill the bolts in a quarter inch and then drill them the rest of the way. Always predrill a smaller hole than the instructions FYI.

> 3 dayBought these after doing lots of research. When I finally decided I wanted the bicycles off the floor with easy access, I decided on this brand primarily for ease of use and ability to swing the bicycles 90 degrees either side to minimize the protrusion into the garage space, which is being used for a car detailing business, a workshop, and an exercise area. I decided not to mount the racks directly on the 16OC studs because I wanted the bikes spaced about 12OC apart to maximize wall space. I spent more time planning and measuring than my husband and I spent installing the back boards and racks. I created templates and taped them to the wall to arrange how the back boards and racks would be mounted (see picture.) Then I cut and attached the back boards (2×4s) for each bike, which were all approximately the same size. I staggered the height of the racks so that the handle bars would clear each other and allow the bike to be mounted closer. I am very pleased with this purchase, and would purchase more if needed. I highly recommend! Oh and our 23 yo son said they were cool.

> 3 dayThese were so easy to install. The only thing missing from the directions were how far apart to space multiple racks but a quick site search found the answer on their HELP section. The fact that you can swivel them to the side is awesome and an important requirement for me was that my kids can get them on and off without me. Hanging bikes from the ceiling was not going to work for that. Now in the video the little kid made it looks effortless. I will day for my daughter who is shorter it was a little bit more challenging than how they have it shown, but a little practice should fix that up easily.

> 3 dayThis is the best solution for bike storage. It is sturdy and securely holds the bikes even without the lower back tire cup/guide. It was easy to install and is simple to use. Total bonus that they hinge such that 2 bikes can nestle closer taking up less space. The bikes also arent quite vertical as the wall is not uniform in thickness: thicker foundation wall at the bottom with frame/drywall above it. It still is secure. Our garage is pretty tight, and I have no concerns of a bike falling on the car parked nearby even if jostled or bumped.

> 3 dayThis rack is fantastic. We are a very active cycling family- 9 bikes between 4 people. My wife and daughters are not particularly tall, so hanging bikes on the wall has always been a bit of a challenge, We had traditional bike hooks in the wall, but family members had difficulty hoisting the bike up into the hook. Additionally, if you need to move the bikes to one side or the other, inevitably the bike wheel turns sideways to the hook and things get messy from there. The result? Hooks bending spokes, bikes tangled up, and unhappy cyclists. When rennovating the garage, I bit the bullet and bought a bunch of these racks. WOW! What a difference!! We staggered the bikes (high/ low) to squeeze them close together. Bikes just roll onto the low racks from the floor- basically zero effort. To store a bike on the high rack still requires lifting, but its a lot easier to do- instead of having to capture the hook with the wheel, you just drop the wheel onto the rack. Much simpler! Perhaps the best feature is the ability to swing bikes from one side to the other. Unless you have a dedicated garage for your bikes, youre likely sharing space with cars and household stuff. Getting to the bike at the end of the row used to always cause problems for us. Now, we can just swing the other bikes out of the way and access whichever bike were after. Brilliant!! The photos attached are before and after shots. The before shot shows lots of wheel/ tire marks on the walls, and you can tell they dont always hit the hook they were after. Weve had the SteadyRacks installed for over 6 months, and theres nary a mark on the wall. Fantastic!!

> 3 daySpace saving, easy to use and super strong. This is the best bike storage option Ive found. I have 6 bikes. 3 ebikes and 3 regular. The ebikes are about 40lbs. These racks work great. Easy to put the bikes away and get them down. Saves me so much space. All the bikes are in a 6 foot space of wall. They stick out about 3 feet and I can push them closer to the wall if I need to. This is a very excellent product. Pure genius.

> 3 dayThis is a great product. Our family of five has a variety of bikes, three childrens & two adult - in different sizes. I looked at several systems and read reviews (noted that children had difficulty hooking bike tires, between spokes & balancing, etc), ultimately deciding to spend way more than I had planned on the Steadyrack. It was a slam-dunk. Steadyrack does not disappoint. This product is all that is cracked up to be and in my opinion, worth the money. I bought a four-pack for my family, and an additional fender-style for my retro bike. The area where all bikes are hanging is 71 wide. It holds three mountain bikes, my huge & heavy beach cruiser, and a childs 20 bike. I spaced them approximately 13-15 apart from one another. There would be no way to catch a stud for all these bike racks, so I had the lumberyard cut a piece of plywood to size, and mounted a ledger-board to the wall. Then I had a solid surface attached to the studs. This allowed me to install the racks with more confidence that they would be secure. Im in the United States & believe that the origin of this product is Australia. This may explain why the installation instructions are in millimeters. It was easy enough to find a conversion online, but I did have to be cautious not to make a calculation error. Measure twice, drill once! The only other note, was that in my haste - and without giving it much thought - I used the wrong fastener to hang the first rack. The racks come with both lag bolts & truss-head wood screws, which I dumped out on the workbench, and by the time went to hang the first rack, my son handed me the screw and it stripped going in - quite easily. Oops! I should have known better - so Im mentioning it for those who do not know better. The rack should be installed with the hex headed lag bolt. (Google it, if youre unsure what that is). The guidelines were easy to follow & logical. As for hanging the bikes, its as easy as it seems. My youngest is about 54 tall & 50#. Getting the bike up into position was a challenge for a couple of days. We tried different ways to hold the hand brake & use the seat to leverage on her thigh - and soon enough she was able to do it easily. I attached a photo showing all five bikes on the wall. They do rotate easily out of the way and dont fumble into each other as bikes are placed on & off. I felt like I pushed the limit on how close you would want to hang bikes of this size - and there is still plenty of room to get them on & off without interfering with other bikes. I have a lot of confidence in the longevity of this product. Its rock solid.

> 3 dayRight out the box, this looked impressive. Very well packaged and shipped. The racks are bigger than expected. Installation was fairly easy if you can handle finding studs, drilling holes, and using levels. I have a small area in my garage that wanted to install two bike hangers. The bikes fit nicely and with the angles, we can easily move in and out of the garage. Just installed today, but extremely happy with how this turned out.
