Its my first time using a steam mop and I have to say schenley steam mop def exceeded my expectation. It not only cleans our hard wood flooring very well, but also works well with our white bathroom tiles. We have a furry baby at home and we would use it to clean dirt or any marks left on our hardwood flooring. Im now somewhat addicted to cleaning because all the instant results I see after each use. Also, the mop heats up fast which is a plus. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a steam mop!

I would like to say i purchased this product for my mom for her birthday. We bought multiple products and liked this one the best. It is extremely light, gets the job done quick and precise. The floor has never been cleaner. It has been the best purchase i have made in a very long time. She had to call customer service for a minor problem, they sent her a whole new mop, and till this day (2 weeks later) are still checking up on how the product is doing and if she needs anything else. This company is absolutely amazing and my mom is very grateful to find such a great product that doesnt hurt her back.

How did I live without this steamer before? It’s like when you go from a bissel to a dyson. Light weight and great attachments. I’ve had it for months now! It’s also easy to get out for a quick mess.

This steamer really kicks out the steam. It is amazing and worth every dollar. I have a well and we have iron in the water which makes orange residue in the shower and grout. This steamer cleaned it all up with no chemicals. It cleaned up the top of my stove that had marks that wouldnt come off with anything else. Dont hesitate to purchase this steamer.....you wont be disappointed, its got moxie!!!

I bought this before I had my flooring replaced. I really thought I was going to like it and it just doesnt do well with the flooring I got. I signed in to do a return but Im past my time to frame return it. :(

Each time you use an attachment (with bristles or pads) you will need to purchase a new one. *still waiting to receive a response with the website to even know how much it will cost.

Very good product especially for the price. Does exactly what its suppose to. Heats up very fast. Note:it will go through the water fill up pretty quick on highest setting.

My flooring is old and has ground in dirt in those little crevices that is virtually impossible to get out just mopping. This thing is awesome! It does take some time to do bc the water reservoir is so small and you have to fill back up and swap out the dirty head for a clean one. But it’s totally worth it. They suggest not putting any cleaner into it, so I simply poured some onto the floor itself, let soak a few minutes and then used it.
