Awesome steam mop, lightweight, and easy to use. Very good quality and I wish I would have bought it a year ago instead of the more expensive one I bought at the time. The only thing I wish was better made was the squeegee attachment.

I have nine kids and I gave up on Steam mops a long time ago and went back to a bucket. We are just too messy for a steam mop. I decided to try again for times I dont have time to pull out the mop. I mopped first and it was like any other steam mop Ive used. It was okay. I put on the grout attachment and now I am in love! I have spent so much time on my hands and knees trying to clean grout. With this I dont even have to bend over and it cleans it fast. There are cons but I still give it five stars because it was so great. The cons for me would be that there isnt a good way to store it. It cant hold itself up so it either has to be propped up or laying down. It also has a fairly short cord and the water tank is small. You have to wait 15 minutes after the water runs out to put more in so that makes it take a long time. If you dont have kids or have clean kids it would probably be fine. I am willing to deal with those things though because it was so easy.

This is my first review ever!!! So......no matter what floor cleaning product I have used in the past, there was always streaks when your done. No matter how many times you do it. I also have animals so chemicals are worrisome. I held off buying a floor steamer because Great, where am I going to be this monster cleaning machine. Not to mention the prices. I took a chance on this product due to the low comparative price, size of the unit and the ratings. I wish I would have bought this so much sooner. I have nothing but praise for this product. Not only can you see the difference on you flooring aka - cleaner and brighter floors without streaks, no chemicals and I also took a chance on my rug that had a wax stain! Amazing. Also I place it on a hook device on the back of my laundry door. PERFECT!

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because there is no place to wrap up the cord which seems crazy but works nice and is small enough to store away

this steam mop makes me want to give it 1 star for showing me how dirty my floors truly are…. i have been using a shark mop on the floors in our newly bought house. i thought spots on the floor were part of the tile since mopping & using the shark steam mop couldn’t get it up. i tested this out when i received it with every doubt that it’d be a piece of junk for the price, especially against a shark. WAS I WRONG. i absolutely love this steam mop & the attachments.

Initially I thought I had made a mistake in purchasing this steamer. After working with the good folks from Schenley, they were able to resolve my issue. Outstanding customer support for the win! PS- for those wondering this steamer is easy to maneuver, its easy to switch to the various components, and is light weight.

I would like to say i purchased this product for my mom for her birthday. We bought multiple products and liked this one the best. It is extremely light, gets the job done quick and precise. The floor has never been cleaner. It has been the best purchase i have made in a very long time. She had to call customer service for a minor problem, they sent her a whole new mop, and till this day (2 weeks later) are still checking up on how the product is doing and if she needs anything else. This company is absolutely amazing and my mom is very grateful to find such a great product that doesnt hurt her back.
