Very good product especially for the price. Does exactly what its suppose to. Heats up very fast. Note:it will go through the water fill up pretty quick on highest setting.

I love this mop. It gets the grime up so easily. I haven’t had to get on my knees and scrub my floor since I got this. I have two dogs, two cats, and three kids. This mop heats up so well. Cleans up so fast. If only it was cordless, but that would raise the price. I feel so much more environmentally friendly and CLEAN! Side note. Get extra pads.

This thing is my bestfriend cleaned this ctap off my sinks and bath I havent been able to get off with anything since I moved to the place !! Made my windows so clean and they are big windows so was easy and quick. All the attachments are so nice and work so well really great for my whole house love it so much. I had a really expensive shark steam mop which worked really well too but no comparison to this one with all the extra uses it has other than just floors.

I’m shocked how powerful this thing is. It heats up within seconds and does a great job cleaning. It’s so lightweight too. No complaints!

So far its working pretty well easy to put together and my floors looks super clean!

I bought this before I had my flooring replaced. I really thought I was going to like it and it just doesnt do well with the flooring I got. I signed in to do a return but Im past my time to frame return it. :(

This product does produce steam , the color is very nice , however the cons are the cord is too short it needs to be unplugged and plugged into a few outlets a for bigger spaces might be fine for small rooms, The handle shape and size creates difficulty to use , If you have carpal Tunnel or cyst in your wrist this will definitely cause pain, I have carpal tunnel and used this in a 20x30 space switching hands as I went, and my carpal tunnel was really acting up, this is second time Im writing this review. I wrote one originaly and seller contacted me from 3 different email addresses, asking me to remove my review because they are new and trying to support the family , they went on and offered me a $20 amazon gift card , and $20 to my PayPal, I felt bad a small business selling on Amazon I didnt want to cause them to loose a customer or 2, but I am not sure of their integrity as I was emailed this morning and told they would email a code later for a gift card, that seems fishy to me why not issue a partial refund right on Amazon site as a credit, the seller may have products that are good I dont know but this one I do not recommend.

Works well. No leaking. Would like to have someway to wrap cord on unit. Velcro okay, but would still like to be able to have cord wrapped on the unit. Overall, this is a good steamer. Light weight and easy to use.

I bought this to steam mop my rv floor. But I can clean so much more with it. I’ve cleaned my glass shower doors, the shower walls and the counter tops. The only drawback is the hand held part is very long and cumbersome to use in small places such as the shower. But it works great on my floors.

The mop head came loose from body of the steamer and when trying to put back on, threads broke as they are plastic however replacement unit came in and new unit cleans so well. Easy to communicate and deal with.
