This steam mop does its job well as a mop, but could use some slight improvements to storage and ease of use. As a steam mop, it performs as expected and cleans the floor well with a small startup time. It takes about 15-20 seconds for the steam to reach full power on a cold start before it can start really cleaning. The reusable and washable pads are great as you dont need to buy a constant supply of replaceable pads, which makes it much easier to clean whenever you want. One minor issue is its not intuitive to know how to turn it off as you would expect a switch and not to hold the button for a few seconds. This was probably done to keep the design smooth without any extruding elements, but at the cost of user friendliness. Once you know though, then its no longer a problem. Its not battery operated, so it has a decently long power cord, but its not long enough if you have a large space. Youll have to clean section by section near outlets or with an extension cord. For a smaller room, this is a non issue and I was able to clean my place without a problem. The mop comes with several attachments, which, in my opinion, are completely useless. The primary design was to mop the floor, which it does well, but the other attachments dont do much from my tests. I tried the squeegee for the mirror and it was just a regular squeegee. The steam doesnt do much for it. Just treat this as a mop and youll be fine. The other minor issue is theres no great way of storing this when not in use. You can stand it in the corner of a closet, lay it on the floor somewhere, or disassemble the extension tube and mop attachment (which is a simple button lock) and store it somewhere. I think it could use some sort of wall attachment similar to some vacuums. Overall, it does its job well as a steam mop and with some improvements, it could be even better. As is, it cleans my house well enough and Im happy with it.

My flooring is old and has ground in dirt in those little crevices that is virtually impossible to get out just mopping. This thing is awesome! It does take some time to do bc the water reservoir is so small and you have to fill back up and swap out the dirty head for a clean one. But it’s totally worth it. They suggest not putting any cleaner into it, so I simply poured some onto the floor itself, let soak a few minutes and then used it.

Overall I am okay with the product. It is very light weight and the color is nice. It does save my back when steam cleaning my tile grout. I wished it had a place to wind up the cord. I am currently using a rubber band. I wished the fill tank was bigger. I can only do about half of my bathroom with one tank. I can do my very small laundry room with one tank. I wished I could find replacement pieces. My tile grout one is about shot. Like how the pads are washable.

I traded in my older shark steam mop for this. Having the water tank on the top is nice for reaching places but it also makes it awkward to hold and use in my opinion. Having all the weight at the top and it being very lightweight on the bottom makes it difficult to scrub or push down to really feel like your making good progress with your floor. I definitely dont feel like the steam works well when its in mop form. With my old shark mop you could see and hear the steam. I like the versatility of the mop. Being able to steam my furniture and rug is cool.

Very good product especially for the price. Does exactly what its suppose to. Heats up very fast. Note:it will go through the water fill up pretty quick on highest setting.

Its my first time using a steam mop and I have to say schenley steam mop def exceeded my expectation. It not only cleans our hard wood flooring very well, but also works well with our white bathroom tiles. We have a furry baby at home and we would use it to clean dirt or any marks left on our hardwood flooring. Im now somewhat addicted to cleaning because all the instant results I see after each use. Also, the mop heats up fast which is a plus. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a steam mop!

I love everything about the mop. We have lots of dogs and it takes out all the dog smells. My floors have never looked better!

Leaks, I also tried to clean windows on house and car but I made a mess with the water I thought I put the attachment on wrong but no. Steam is not that hot. I wish it did well because is so light and easy to handle. UPDATE: Seller has been very nice contacting for return and now again weeks later for what it seem like they want the customer to be happy. Thanks!

This product does produce steam , the color is very nice , however the cons are the cord is too short it needs to be unplugged and plugged into a few outlets a for bigger spaces might be fine for small rooms, The handle shape and size creates difficulty to use , If you have carpal Tunnel or cyst in your wrist this will definitely cause pain, I have carpal tunnel and used this in a 20x30 space switching hands as I went, and my carpal tunnel was really acting up, this is second time Im writing this review. I wrote one originaly and seller contacted me from 3 different email addresses, asking me to remove my review because they are new and trying to support the family , they went on and offered me a $20 amazon gift card , and $20 to my PayPal, I felt bad a small business selling on Amazon I didnt want to cause them to loose a customer or 2, but I am not sure of their integrity as I was emailed this morning and told they would email a code later for a gift card, that seems fishy to me why not issue a partial refund right on Amazon site as a credit, the seller may have products that are good I dont know but this one I do not recommend.
