This steam mop is great! Unlike a lot of steam mops it doesn’t lose heat/power toward the end of the rod where it meets the floor. It’s super hot on the bottom where the floor is for dirt removal and disinfecting.. I know this, bc I’ve burnt my foot a few times .. lol .. it gets super hot! It’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver! The attachments are great also but I lost them all — and now my rabbit chewed my cord lol so I’m here buying a second one! Which is rare for me because I always think once I need a new item I can find better .. but nope.. this one takes the cake.

Received my steam Mop and had issues with it at first. Customer service reached out to me to resolve issue… best customer service Iv ever received.

Attachments wear extremely quickly. We just tested it out on a section of tile and the grout attachment is already disfigured.

The piece to clean the windows came broken

I traded in my older shark steam mop for this. Having the water tank on the top is nice for reaching places but it also makes it awkward to hold and use in my opinion. Having all the weight at the top and it being very lightweight on the bottom makes it difficult to scrub or push down to really feel like your making good progress with your floor. I definitely dont feel like the steam works well when its in mop form. With my old shark mop you could see and hear the steam. I like the versatility of the mop. Being able to steam my furniture and rug is cool.

I bought this to steam mop my rv floor. But I can clean so much more with it. I’ve cleaned my glass shower doors, the shower walls and the counter tops. The only drawback is the hand held part is very long and cumbersome to use in small places such as the shower. But it works great on my floors.

That’s my before and after! Very much pleased. I honestly didn’t think it was doing anything. Grout takes few hours to dry. But woke up the next morning with beautiful clean grout and floors!

I love everything about the mop. We have lots of dogs and it takes out all the dog smells. My floors have never looked better!

Amended January 2023. Not long after I posted the review below, a Schenley representative reached out to me to correct the problem by sending me a replacement steam mop. I wasnt expecting this, and am more than appreciative of their effort. I am amending my review to 3 stars. When the previous steam mop worked, it worked great. I am expecting the same with this one. So, to the Schenley representative, thank you. I also returned to nonfunctioning mop to them. I purchased this in late summer (2022) and used it 4 times over the course of 2 months. The next time I used it, it started the steaming process and then one of two things happened: it either steamed for a couple minutes then went cold, or didnt steam at all. Of course, the last time I used it when it stopped working was a few weeks outside the warranty. Although whomever I chatted with was helpful by way of troubleshooting (I performed all the troubleshooting recommendations), it refused to work. I guess this is a risk of buying any product that appears to be sold only through Amazon, but I could be wrong. Whats frustrating is that the reviews prior to purchase were favorable. And although whomever I chatted with told me she would forward my issues to the seller, I never received a reply. From now on I will be more skeptical of non-name brand products.

I love it. It warms up quickly and great on my tile floors
