Great mop but the handle needs a cord wrap/ holder

Super easy to assemble and use, though it doesn’t seem to be that powerful. I was excited to use the attachments for bathroom cleaning. This seems like a better tool if you’re just looking to clean floors. I’ll use this til it stop workings and probably try something else

Very good product especially for the price. Does exactly what its suppose to. Heats up very fast. Note:it will go through the water fill up pretty quick on highest setting.

Does the job but not quite great with the tools. The tools are cheap made. Is not cordless

The piece to clean the windows came broken

(Updated) Worked great for 5 months, then bottom broke off. I emailed company & they not only replaced the broken head, they are also sending me extra mop pads. Great company!!

This steam mop is effective for quick cleanup…the pad is easy to remove and there is pretty good steam power. It does seem to put out a bit too much water but I find it effective for quick clean ups and appreciate that it is lightweight.

How did I live without this steamer before? It’s like when you go from a bissel to a dyson. Light weight and great attachments. I’ve had it for months now! It’s also easy to get out for a quick mess.
