this steam mop makes me want to give it 1 star for showing me how dirty my floors truly are…. i have been using a shark mop on the floors in our newly bought house. i thought spots on the floor were part of the tile since mopping & using the shark steam mop couldn’t get it up. i tested this out when i received it with every doubt that it’d be a piece of junk for the price, especially against a shark. WAS I WRONG. i absolutely love this steam mop & the attachments.

Ive had this mop for almost a year & loved it, until now. There is no more steam coming out. I thought it would last for more than a year but I was wrong. Update: I reached out to Schenley and they replaced my mop with a new one! Best customer service ever! Thank you Schenley. Five stars!

This steamer really kicks out the steam. It is amazing and worth every dollar. I have a well and we have iron in the water which makes orange residue in the shower and grout. This steamer cleaned it all up with no chemicals. It cleaned up the top of my stove that had marks that wouldnt come off with anything else. Dont hesitate to purchase this steamer.....you wont be disappointed, its got moxie!!!

I bought this to steam mop my rv floor. But I can clean so much more with it. I’ve cleaned my glass shower doors, the shower walls and the counter tops. The only drawback is the hand held part is very long and cumbersome to use in small places such as the shower. But it works great on my floors.

Only complaint I have is that it does not have a spot on the handle to store the cord. Other than that it’s a nice little steamer!

It works great, the only problem is that it doesnt have a stand. It broke after three uses. I was happy with the way it cleaned. It made the floor like new and made you feel clean.

Really glad I went with this steam mop--Ive tried others and they were either too heavy or too bulky. The Schenley has a nice aesthetic that compliments my Dyson well with its sleek design. I was worried the steamer would be heavy with water but it was super light, making it easy for someone petite like me to use. The mop pads have a great velcro attachment unlike typical Swifter mops and the package comes with (2) pads that are reusable and machine washable. I purchased the Schenley mainly because of the components. Im most excited to use the glass squeegee and grout brush for my bathroom! The measuring cup is also a great addition which helped prevent overflow when filling up. 4-5 stars because the cord isnt retractable, but neither is the Dyson! **Update: Loving my steam mop-- Been using it consistently for months and still working like it just came out the box. Cleans out so many stains and keeps my floors looking crystal clean.

Amazing product. I accidentally threw out an attachment, so I ordered off of the website, and they were so incredibly nice about sending a new one. Great company, and great product, and fantastic customer service!

Its my first time using a steam mop and I have to say schenley steam mop def exceeded my expectation. It not only cleans our hard wood flooring very well, but also works well with our white bathroom tiles. We have a furry baby at home and we would use it to clean dirt or any marks left on our hardwood flooring. Im now somewhat addicted to cleaning because all the instant results I see after each use. Also, the mop heats up fast which is a plus. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a steam mop!
