Super easy to assemble and use, though it doesn’t seem to be that powerful. I was excited to use the attachments for bathroom cleaning. This seems like a better tool if you’re just looking to clean floors. I’ll use this til it stop workings and probably try something else

This steam mop is effective for quick cleanup…the pad is easy to remove and there is pretty good steam power. It does seem to put out a bit too much water but I find it effective for quick clean ups and appreciate that it is lightweight.

This is a quality, light weight, easy to use steam machine. Very versatile and simple! I’m a big fan!

This little steam mop is light, but mighty! It easily and efficiently powered through a dirty tile floor and was very light weight. I highly recommend this steam mop. I previously have owned the Euro Mop and the Steam Mop and this light mop is much better than either of those in steam power and that flat mop head easily cleans under my heat registers, doing a much better job of cleaning my floors. Those other mops don’t force the steady steam power this one does. I read and value customer reviews on products and thanks to other reviewers I knew how to turn the unit off by holding that power button for a few seconds.

Amended January 2023. Not long after I posted the review below, a Schenley representative reached out to me to correct the problem by sending me a replacement steam mop. I wasnt expecting this, and am more than appreciative of their effort. I am amending my review to 3 stars. When the previous steam mop worked, it worked great. I am expecting the same with this one. So, to the Schenley representative, thank you. I also returned to nonfunctioning mop to them. I purchased this in late summer (2022) and used it 4 times over the course of 2 months. The next time I used it, it started the steaming process and then one of two things happened: it either steamed for a couple minutes then went cold, or didnt steam at all. Of course, the last time I used it when it stopped working was a few weeks outside the warranty. Although whomever I chatted with was helpful by way of troubleshooting (I performed all the troubleshooting recommendations), it refused to work. I guess this is a risk of buying any product that appears to be sold only through Amazon, but I could be wrong. Whats frustrating is that the reviews prior to purchase were favorable. And although whomever I chatted with told me she would forward my issues to the seller, I never received a reply. From now on I will be more skeptical of non-name brand products.

Its my first time using a steam mop and I have to say schenley steam mop def exceeded my expectation. It not only cleans our hard wood flooring very well, but also works well with our white bathroom tiles. We have a furry baby at home and we would use it to clean dirt or any marks left on our hardwood flooring. Im now somewhat addicted to cleaning because all the instant results I see after each use. Also, the mop heats up fast which is a plus. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a steam mop!
