Streamlight 44931 Siege 540-Lumen Compact D Alkaline Outdoor Hand Lantern/Flashlight Combo, Coyote

The first day we got it I turned off all the lights and tested the different modes. This is a bright lantern compared to others I ve had. The low setting put out about as much light as a really bright nightlight but over a broader field. Easy enough to use that my wife feels comfortable grabbing it during an outage. I cant say Im excited to use it (that would mean our powers out) but Im confident it will do the job when duty calls. Small and light enough for camping as well. Probably small enough that I would consider it on a backpack trip clamped to the outside of my pack.

Decent price for a very well made product. Daughter had the best camp light at GS camp. Very handy and configurable. One set of batteries lasted through use every night for a week of tent camping.

Use this for camping in summer and power outages in winter. Very nice light and batteries last a long time.

Great quality. You can just feel how sturdy it is. Its simple to use and has nice features. Now I want the smaller version as well.
