> 3 dayBright, tough . . . lots of light, versatile with respect to amount of light output - 3 levels and all are useful. I have 3 of the D Cell versions, and 2 of the AA Cell versions, and use them for my basic lighting in my off the grid home in the boonies. The only other led lantern that is better is the Tough Light, a Lithium Ion lantern which is rechargeable via a cell phone cord. But its twice the price and hard to get in Canada. I have 4 of them, which completes my lighting system. Worth the extra? Not really . . . if you use rechargables in the Streamlight you dont lose much at all. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI took the cover off and this lantern is so bright it almost blinds you. Thie lantern is part of my emergency supplies so I only tried it out a few times before putting it away for the future.

Greater than one weekWhen we bought our first Siege four years ago we added another one ever year since for our disaster kit. Also have the minis that take AAA’s for the two cars. We had tried the cheap ones that came crashing to the floor when hung up by their handles and broke into pieces.

> 3 dayThis is a medium size light. It has numerous brightness settings and is very bright for use indoors. There might be better lights for the price range. However, this light feels very sturdy, has been tossed around by my niece, and still is working great. The handle needs some work as it is uncomfortable to carry due to its small size and shape. However the clips on both ends around for a multitude of attachment possibilities.

> 3 dayA neighbor introduced this product to me. He should do an ad for the company, he was so excited about it. Its a handy little gadget for camping or when we lose power. The highest setting is pretty bright for such a little lantern.

> 3 daynow this is a great lantern, and is very bright, with all the different functions it does, and I own several streamlight products, and would expect no less from them. If your looking for a good all around lantern, or extra light you can hang from a tree branch, or inside a tent, or anywhere, this is for you. so many battery saving modes, it even makes my c-123 batteries last longer.

> 3 dayThis is an outstanding home security product, that is also extremely valuable as a safty product for a car. Numerous times in the past I have used them in our home. Four of these lights completely light up a two story building. Since they are portable they can be take from room to room during a backout. Great for a bathroom shower, and equally valuable in a large room with a number of people in darkness. Combined with D batteries (you can currently find batteries with expected shelf life till 2030) you dont have to worry about the light not working. One of these lights, placed on the top of a disabled car, will blink as flashing red warning light. Either in home or on the road you can have the option of a blinking or non blinking, white or red light. These lights are small, light and portable, great for camping, outstanding in a little kids hand on halloween night.
