> 24 hourOnce in a great while, life will surprise you with a great invention. This is one of those inventions. I was an upset person everytime I used the clear wrap out of the box from the store. You know exactly what I mean. It would work sometimes but most times it was a wrestling match to cut the darn thing straight or uncurl the corners because they would stick back under to the cling wrap. By the time one dish or bowl was covered, your mood and fingers were put thru the wringer. Look no more, the dispenser is a dream. You laugh or smile just to see it. Your time is saved by minutes to do something else. It is a joyous occasion to touch it and use it because it works so well. There are seldom things in your life that make you happy to use like this light weight dispenser. Be happy once again and let your life sing with joy by purchasing a great invention we should all own. You will not regret purchasing this item ever and that comes from my heart. Thank you Amazon for Prime Delivery and putting a smile on my face sooner rather then later.

> 24 hourIm used to keeping a roll of this stuff in a cabinet and bringing it out each time I need to use it (just about every day). This is often when hands are covered in food or whatever so the box gets grungy over time; the box also needs immediate reinforcement with heavy-duty packaging tape or it quickly falls apart. I happened upon this dispenser on Amazon and, since the only cling wrap that Ive ever found worth buying is what Costco sells (Stretch-Tite, two boxes of 750 each bundled together) and since this dispenser describes itself as specifically designed for this brand, I figured this would reduce the chances that Id have to return it as not useful. It works great. Im happy with it. Good quality and very to use. I like the way the lid is perpetually open so my fingers dont have to touch anything at all before grabbing hold of the wrap and pulling it out. The cutting mechanism is also well-designed so I can use even my wrist or elbow to push the lid down, which activates the cutter, before springing back up into open position. I gave this 4 stars only because it does not include a means to attach under cabinets. I dont want any more counter clutter and the counter backsplashes are mirrors and I was reluctant to risk cracking the glass by drilling holes through the mirrors and so I had to improve a solution for this - see pics). For each one of the two support brackets, I used epoxy to attach one 9 90-degree angle bracket to a second 6 90-degree angle bracket to create a large U shaped bracket. I screwed one side into the underside of the cabinet which left a horizontal bar 6+ inches below and parallel to the underside of the cabinet. I attached the feet of the dispenser to each bracket with 3M double-sided tape, which is more than strong enough to keep this baby in place. One satisfied customer.

> 24 hourWorks great. My only complaint is the wrap they make is only 11.63 wide. The machine will work with 12 but stretch tight only makes 11.63 wide for it

> 24 hourIt is too high to be in the drawer. It sits on the counter. I wanted it to be put away.

> 24 hourThe most despised job in the kitchen for me was dispensing a piece of plastic wrap. No longer. First, since switching to Stretch-Tite I find it much more manageable than the no-name brands and better even than Saran Warp, my previous favorite. The dispenser is designed to leave on the counter, the feet that it has are good grippers and it stays put and does not move when pulling out a piece of wrap. Since its on the counter, you can place the bowl or whatever you want to wrap on the counter right in front of the dispenser. That gives you two free hands to deal with the wrap. The wrap is easy to grab, there is a little platform inside the actually lifts the end of the wrap up and hands it to you. So no trying to peel it off the roll. Once you stretch the wrap out over your target you press down on the cover of the dispenser and the internal guillotine blade cuts it off cleanly. Then you seal the wrap over your bowl. The lid of the dispenser pops back up and you are ready to pull another piece. The lid has a little latch so you can close the dispenser between uses if and open dispenser offends your sense of order. I am not pretending that using plastic wrap will be a pleasure, but this has solved all my largest complaints with the dispensing of it. If you want to try it, order it from Amazon and if it doesnt work for you, they have the best return policy on earth. You cant lose. I gave it 4 stars because its still plastic wrap and I still love/hate it.

> 24 hourMy counter space is very limited and since this item claimed to have a mounting option I was hoping to mount it to a wall. Unfortunately, it does not function in that configuration. My guess is the mounting holes are intended to mount to the counter surface. There should also be some type of warning or statement that once the stabilizers are securely in, they are secured. They are not coming back out without breaking something. Once I realized I could not mount it, I put the stabilizers on to see if I could find a counter or shelf home for it but nothing worked. So I figured I would just keep the dispenser in the drawer that I keep the wraps in. It was too big with the stabilizers and I could not get them off! Therefore, Im returning.

> 24 hourThe dispenser just holds a plastic food wrap (not foil), but cleanly cuts the entire width by simply pressing down on the upper portion of the dispenser. No more half-cut or sticking-onto-itself-while-unraveling wraps! [updated 11/25/2013] The roll just sits cradled in the dispenser, hence it doesnt matter what the rolls size is as long as it physically fits. It works just fine with other brand wraps, like

> 24 hourNow we use plastic wrap every day, because this dispenser makes the wrap so simple to handle. Unlatch the lid, grasp the wrap at the guides, pull the wrap you need, press the lid closed and youre ready to wrap (its so easy to use you can try different wrapping techniques). This dispenser has easy product loading/feeding/handling/one-touch-cutting that puts it head-and-shoulders above the competitors Ive used. It seems to have superior design and construction to any roll-dispenser Ive found; too bad rolls for other products wont fit. This product is specifically for rolls of Stretch-tite brand plastic food wrap. The wrap is available both on Amazon and as a Kirlkand product from Costco, and itself is a superior product. If youre considering the TVs Wraptastic (which utilizes a similar one-press-cut) for plastic wrap, then you really want the Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser. Wraptastic, while better than cardboard packaging, has some serious design issues Product loading/feeding/handling is laughable next to the 7500, so the only improvement for plastic wrap over the original box is the cutting mechanism; the non-slip feet are a particularly slippery plastic); I use it for foil and paper that do not fit in the 7500. So go ahead and order a Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser for yourself!
