Greater than one weekMy son loves this balance bike. I got it for him at age 4 and in less than 3 month of use, he balances well on it.

> 3 dayI did a lot of research and was sold on this product even though it cost a bit more than others. Unfortunately the quality of these bikes is beyond subpar. Based off of the quality they should be priced in the $40 region. Two Major Flaws: 1) The soft seat has an extended seat post that sticks out beyond the base of the seat post on the frame and my children kept hitting their feet on it. In order to prevent this issue and them injuring their feet I had to put the shorter hard seat on (literally hard plastic). This defeated the point of me paying the extra money for the soft seat. 2) The wide portion of the frame (where the sandpaper is at) gets in the way of my childrens stride and trips them up and hurts their legs. So unless my kids spread their legs uncomfortably far apart their shins are constantly hitting the frame. Very frustrating to watch your kids struggle because the frame is in their way and causing pain to their shins. As much as I wanted these bikes to work out for my kids they didnt. I watched all the videos, read forums, and searched all over the internet for a way to may this work for my children but nothing worked. Please save your money and buy your children another type of bike, avoid the disappointment and $109 paper weight.

> 3 dayWe reviewed this as a gift last year. My son has loved growing into his bike. He is short and was able to straddle this bike at 1.5 years old. It is still going strong. Bonus that it is very light for mom to carry home after too much riding.
