> 24 hourthese are basically a wash set for the army painter brand. the colors are exactly what they are, red, blue, green, purple. the other four are soft tone which is light brown, flesh wash which is slightly darker brown, strong tone is even darker and then dark tone is very dark brown. this is an excellent started wash/quickshade set.

> 24 hourGreat washes. They have a steeper learning curve compared to GW washes but they are great.

> 24 hourI understand what it’s supposed to do but maybe it’s just not strong enough to see the difference unless it’s on white

> 24 hourThese are ink washes, as opposed to regular acrylic paint. If you dont know what that is, stop and do yourself a favor and get acquainted with all the paints miniature painters like to use. In a nutshell, these are used for adjusting tones and picking out details, not for basecoating (in most cases). Do not confuse these with the dips. Even though both are branded Quickshade, the dip isnt merely a large quantity of these, but is oil based with a varnishing component. These are your standard ink washes, comparable to GW shades, P3 washes, etc. That out of the way, these have become my go to washes. They are thinner and have less gloss than GWs new line, they come in the nice dropper bottles, and you get more for your money. People who used to use the old GW shades like Badab Black and Devlan Mud often cite the Dark Tone and Strong Tone in this pack as the true replacements rather than the new GW Nuln Oil/Agrax Earthshade, and after using them all I am inclined to agree. These airbrush quite well too, though doing so goes through ink very quickly unless you thin it.
