Really good washes.

I couldnt be happier with these washes. I preshade with black and white primers, then carefully wash the mini. These have definitely made my process faster. The consistency is perfect. If youre still making your own magic wash, upgrade with these.

These ink washes have brought my painting to a whole new level. They also save alot of time. When applying the ink over white primer it creates a superb, finished look. Ive been applying two coats using this method and....wow! Highly recommended for all you serious, or casual, miniature painters out there.

Note that on the picture of the box, it shows a can of the Quickshade Strong Tone Varnish. In itty bitty letters that are incredibly likely to be overlooked and are impossible to read, it says that the Quickshade Varnish is not included. I made the mistake of ordering this, expecting to get a small can that I would be able to try out and was sorely disappointed. Nowhere in the written description does it say that the varnish is not included.

I normally use a homemade black wash, but I wanted to try some other colors and see what professional shades were like. I was always hesitant because of how small the bottles are, but I found out that a little bit goes a long way. One of the coolest thing is that it came with a painting guide. At first, I thought it was a catalogue because it was so thick. Its a nice addition, especially for people who are new to painting miniatures. The book covers all aspects of painting your minis, not just a guide for shades, so dont throw it out. My only complaint is that one of the bottles was half open, so a bit of the shade leaked out and stuck to one of the dropper lids. Im really lucky it wasnt dried out or got all over everything.

These were a gift for my brother, and the miniatures that he paints with these look fantastic! The paint quality is superb.

Son in law really likes this set

Easily some of, if not THE best washes Ive used. Their flesh wash in particular blows everyone else away. They dry smooth, no coffee stains or tide marks.(with proper application of course). Will be my go-to from here on out.

Gives beginner paint a pro touch

Worked really well. This was a big step up for me. I am a beginner, this is my second set of paints.
