> 3 dayI bought these knowing fully well that theyre good, the amount of reviews on Youtube prove it already. For the price and amount of bottles you get its a million times better than other brands. Each bottle comes with 18ml of product, and since theyre dropper bottles you wont waste it if you bump it accidentaly ;) Overall, buy this kit, support Army Painter. PS: They dont reactivate ;D dont believe that bullcrap.

> 3 dayMany ink choices available, although the bottles were smaller than I had expected (approximately the size of a regular Visine). The viscosity could also have been just a bit heavier, as well.

> 3 dayFavorite washes, esp for the price point. These are just as good as the big boys washes, dont dry out in its own container, and work at least as well. Personally, these are a lot better than equivalent brands at same price point that I have tried.

Greater than one weekThese are ink washes, as opposed to regular acrylic paint. If you dont know what that is, stop and do yourself a favor and get acquainted with all the paints miniature painters like to use. In a nutshell, these are used for adjusting tones and picking out details, not for basecoating (in most cases). Do not confuse these with the dips. Even though both are branded Quickshade, the dip isnt merely a large quantity of these, but is oil based with a varnishing component. These are your standard ink washes, comparable to GW shades, P3 washes, etc. That out of the way, these have become my go to washes. They are thinner and have less gloss than GWs new line, they come in the nice dropper bottles, and you get more for your money. People who used to use the old GW shades like Badab Black and Devlan Mud often cite the Dark Tone and Strong Tone in this pack as the true replacements rather than the new GW Nuln Oil/Agrax Earthshade, and after using them all I am inclined to agree. These airbrush quite well too, though doing so goes through ink very quickly unless you thin it.

> 3 daySure you can make a wash out of any paint, but unless you are an advanced painter, chances are you will get the thin the paint incorrectly. This set takes all the guesswork out of using washes to improve your painting. The washes can be applied easy and quickly, instantly improving any miniature you use them on. Well worth the money. One small gripe is that I wish there were more washes of various colors instead of shades of brown, but I guess I will use them with humanoid figures more.
