> 3 dayThis is exactly what I needed. Many people use citadel washes, but I like army painter products. I feel like a dropper bottle is better than a little tub. I don’t have to waste so much with the dropper bottle. And this stuff is perfect for beginners. As being one, I can tell you that this has increased the quality of my minis is far beyond what I could do before I had these. Excellent product, will be going back to army painter for more.

> 3 dayI typically use Walmart acrylic paints on my minis. But if I wanted to add some detail to them, I typically have to roll the dice with dry brushing. This is an excellent alternative to that. Really makes the color pop.

> 3 dayI recently got into painting miniatures. I watched instructional videos, bought a starter kit and went to work. I followed instructions to make washes from the inks I was learning to paint with. The results were...mixed. I decided to try the Army Painter Warpaints Quickshade Wash Set to see how it would go. The results were VERY different--there was a vast improvement. If you only have a handful of minis to work on, dont buy this set...just make your own wash. If you are serious about getting into mini painting, I think youll need this set. Happy painting!

Greater than one weekIve been painting dnd miniatures for about 5 years and washes are the best thing to take your ok skills and make them look great. This is not a joke, it is talent in a bottle. This stuff is great to play with and help add depth to your paint job and help cover up maybe some sloppy seams between colors or messy edges. Any mini/model painter should get this set.

> 3 dayI prefer Citadel for pure reason they flow into cracks better, but Army Painter washes are a good ruuner up when it comes to a wash. I use them more as a glaze than a wash.
