> 24 hourWhile not I believe specifically designed for this, when I get an anxiety or panic attack, I find it helps to have the coolness and the healing pressure on my head to help me get through it.

> 24 hourI used to just have an ice pack wrapped in a towel when I would get a bad migraine, this is a game changer and Im so glad that I picked it up!

> 24 hourAlthough it doesnt completely get rid of my migraines, it certainly provides much needed relief. Im able to sleep through my pain, which wasnt happening before my ice mask. Also, I love the fit. Freezes the nerve endings in the right places and not my ears, thank goodness.

> 24 hourit’s so great! helped quite a few of my migraines so far. grateful for this, and wish i bought it sooner. only small complaint would be that it doesn’t stay colder or warmer longer than expected.

> 24 hourThe overall pressure this provides around the scalp is great for a headache. And the gel pad design is so much better than beads because it stays evenly in place. I just wish it would keep cold longer than it does. I find myself refreezing it multiple times for one headache.

> 24 hourIve always been a huge fan of ice packs for many ills; headaches, feeling overheated or tired (used on the back of the neck while lying down) and of course for any sprains, etc. Hormones being the occasionally demonic forces they are, headaches are just a thing that happen sometimes, even if youre super health conscious, active and fit. Im not averse to the miraculous headache-smashing joys of ibuprofen, but while youre waiting for that to work, or if you cant take that, or wont, this is great. Sure, I looked ridiculous and my husband was laughing about it for a good 10 minutes, as was I, lol, but by god its worth it. And yes, he does that every single time I use it, but marriage is all about sacrifice, right?? Initially, right out of the freezer, I find it too cold to wear, so I just hold it and gently press it to the sinuses or affected area, then after 10 minutes or so I find its wearable. It doesnt stay really cold for terribly long, but it also gets cold very quickly in the freezer so I still find this useful. And during the hot, humid days of summer here, I have a feeling this will be in heavy rotation.

> 24 hourFor those of you who say frozen, its too cold, lay a layer of T-shirt material over your head where the mask will touch, then pull the mask down over that layer until the mask warms up a little. I can get a good 1-1/2 to 2 hours of relief from each mask, and with having 5 of them (which took me a year to buy), Im good for 8-10 hours, and by then, the 1st ones are re-frozen!! Im almost 67 years old and have had migraines since I was a baby, so Ive been through the ringer and have learned how to work things and find anything and everything to try and ease migraines!!! These stretchy ice hats have saved my life, literally, and mine have never smelled. I still have the original plastic bags they came in. Im so sorry for those of you got some with the horrible odors, Im not saying there maybe arent some bad ones.

> 24 hourI absolutely love this thing! I got the black one, and it blocks out light really well. I have a smaller head and it’s still tight when I wear it. I don’t even put mine in the fridge/freezer because it has a moderate cooling effect naturally!! I don’t like it when my masks are unbearably cold so it’s perfect.

> 24 hourI’ve struggled with anxiety for as long as I’ve been able to identify it in my body. Recently I started really enjoying the calming feelings of natural hot springs and the sauna (heat stress). I felt so alive and grounded afterwards. This amazing cold head strap is the same version but for cold stress and it instantly makes me start breathing heavily and helps kick me into relaxation mode. Often times I’m too caught up in the anx feeling of going 100mph in my brain, but I just go for the freezer, put this on, and start taking deep breaths. I love it so freaking much!

> 24 hourThis was recommended to me by a ton of people when I wanted a headache relief alternative from medicine. I choose go keep it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer just so I can wear it right away rather than having to wait for it to warm up slightly. It stayed chilled and is very comfortable.
