> 3 dayThe set up was extremely obscure. Had to call a technician who went through over a dozen steps that I wouldnt have known myself. In the end it wasnt even compatible with my computer as promised.

> 3 dayI placed hundreds of items (photos and videos) on this hard drive for storage. The cords readily connect to my mac computer and my ipad. Transferring the files was a simple process. I am now deleting the files from other devices. The device and cords are easily to store. The device is worth the cost.

> 3 dayHard disk is pretty light and easy to carry in my bagpack. Now I wonder I should have got 5TB instead of 4TB

> 3 dayI auto back up my computers every night. I am pleased with the physical size and 4 tb capacity of this portable hard drive. I had an initial problem that took awhile to resolve, but turned out to be an easy fix. The problem was that my computer would not boot when the new drive was plugged in. The easy fix is to reformat the drive from fat to ntsf. Now, no problem. It would be helpful if this issue was addressed with instructions in the box. Without instructions, it took me awhile to figure it out.

> 3 dayFast and easy to transfer any files you wanted to store in it but I dont know why they lies to their customers about the 4TB instance of 3.63TB.

> 3 dayI purchased this external hard drive to back up my Macbook Air 2000. Rather than purchase a lower-priced item that would require reformating for a Mac, I upgraded to the Canvio Flex. It worked perfectly. I didnt have to reformat and the cable fit my Mac perfectly. I logged into Macs Time Machine and it was seamless. Great product.

> 3 dayDecided to get this for my new MacBook Pro M1, and it works well with time machine. Device comes with a native USB C cable (as well as a traditional USB 3 one) to go straight to the new macs without an adapter. Backed up around 200GB in a couple hours for the first time using Time Machine. No complaints so far, though ive only had it for a week or so!

> 3 dayAfter ordering & returning Seagate drive, got this Toshiba drive. Worked like a dream with both PC & Mac, copying files easily like its supposed to right out of the box.
