I do like the push button open. Closing the umbrella is a bit aggressive and you manually have to pull it back to the handle to compact, and that is a struggle! Im no wimp, but I had to attempt this 5 times before it latched. I kept opening and closing it hoping it would get easier, and it has, a little bit. Another issue, Id like to never have gotten the cover back on. Even turning the umbrella clockwise while trying to get the sheath/cover on was very difficult. This also some weight to it, its much heavier than other umbrellas Ive had that was this size. I havent been out in the rain, but I like the size, I hope it holds up.

Updated: replaced really fast by seller and working perfectly since I got it. The size makes it a very convenient and portable item. Would definitely buy it again if needed another one. At the begging I really liked it and it worked beautifully but It broke after just 2 months of use, the handle broke and I couldn’t use it any more, don’t know if I just had bad luck or if it’s not strong enough for everyday use

Muy buena , pero no exelente me duró un año y cinco meses Resistió mucho si, pero un día de mucha lluvia y viento se doblo en manos de mi hijo. Volví a ordenarla por que la verdad me duró mucho más tiempo que otras sombrillas que he comprado.

I am happy with my purchase of the Tradmall travel umbrella. It is very sturdy as well as lightweight. The ergonomic handle is comfortable and the umbrella is very easy to open. My problem has always been closing these types of automatic umbrellas. The force & struggle to which you have to use is often ridiculous. This one is not too bad, a little hard to clasp once closed but definetly better then most other brands I have tried.

After having this umbrella for one year, I did not use it too much but it starts leaking from the fabric.

The umbrella opens very easily - still requires both hands to close - a bit heavy but not overly so for the size - color is great - haven’t used it in a wind to test sturdiness in the wind yet - doesn’t rain here very often - so we’ll see how it lasts - if you need something you can close with just a press of a button, this is not your umbrella- it takes 2 hands and took a fair amount of work to get it to close fully, which in the rain is not ideal - setting down my purse & lunchbag before I could close this & go inside - will have to try it out a few more times to see if it gets any better w/continued use- probably won’t be the first umbrella I reach for, but a solid backup to keep on hand

Who knew you could actually make a superior travel umbrella? When I ordered this umbrella I was just hoping for one with enough of a handle to actually hold onto, instead of the chinzy tiny uncomfortable “handles” that most travel umbrellas have. I was very pleasantly surprised by this umbrella. The handle is brilliant. Incredibly comfortable! And it opens and closes with the push of a button. The ribs are really strong, so it won’t blow inside out, and shape is great for shedding water and protecting your face from wind blown rain. I was so impressed with it that I bought a second one for my boyfriend. He loves it too.

Well I have to say this company really care if your satisfied with their products. They sent me the wrong umbrella my first order i guess they saw my Review an saw that I was not pleased with the incorrect umbrella they had sent. Right away the company contacted me an I received the beautiful blue umbrella. Thanks for your speedy correction.

This is a very well-made umbrella. My only problem with it is that in order to close it all the way, I have to put the bottom of the handle on the floor and push down on the top---hard. Maybe Im a 114# weakling, but this takes more strength than I have to close. Other than that, yes, Id buy it again rather than spend on a flimsy one. Norma

Hello, I bought this Tradmall Umbrella back in March. It broke last month (May 2022). I was trying to close it after getting into my car, but something in it broke. I wanted to do a video, but it was a challenge. The umbrella won’t close or open. I attached a picture to show the permanent position. Before this issue, the umbrella worked flawlessly. I ended up ordering a new umbrella through a different vendor.
