> 3 dayI bought this umbrella a year ago (10/2019) and really liked it. But a week or so ago, I contacted customer service because it stopped opening/closing properly. They have a lifetime guarantee, so I reached out to them and in no time at all, I had a brand new umbrella! No hassles, no shipping the old one back to them, nothing. Just awesome customer service. Highly recommend! NOTE: I broke mine (my fault this time) in May 2023. Did not hesitate to purchase again. Really great product!

> 3 dayI just bought two of these umbrellas since I keep losing or breaking umbrellas. I kept misplacing my large golf umbrella since they didnt fold for me to put in my bag. My compact umbrellas were too flimsy and small for my needs. One gust of wind would invert my umbrella and it would never quite work the same. Now these TradMall Travel Umbrella are perfect. It folds nicely and tucks away in my bag so I dont lose it. It has held up well in the numerous rain and wind storms we have been experiencing in Northern California. The button to open and close the umbrella works well and requires little effort. The handle is comfortable, and bigger than I expected for a compact umbrella. The colors are a nice change if you don want a standard black umbrella. Also makes it easier to find once stored in a closet of piled with a group of other umbrellas. Overall really happy with my purchase.

> 3 dayTook a chance on a nicer umbrella than the typical ones I get from the dollar-type stores. Im impressed with the quality on this one. The handle is nice and grippy which helps when its wet. I really like the dual use button that not only releases the umbrella, but also retracts the canopy when youre done. It makes it easy to fold up when you have your hands full. The sturdy wrist strap is a nice underrated feature. I was able to easily slip it on and off my wrist with gloves on.

> 3 dayGreat umbrella that can fit 2 people. It is a pretty good size and weight for travel, but honestly is still slightly bulky. BUT, you will not find a lightweight travel umbrella that will actually hold up in the wind and this one definitely did hold up really well. My husband wanted this one, I wanted a smaller lighter weight one, and Im super glad we got this one as it was so much nicer!

> 3 dayThe button doesn’t works smoothly. Hard to push to open it. And sometimes it’s opens itself.

> 3 dayUPS literally delivered this just as I was about to go out and run some errands in the rain. Right from the beginning I found this to be exactly as described. Despite the small(ish) size when folded - small enough to easily fit in a medium sized purse, the umbrella was very easy to open and close and, when opened much larger than you would expect from such a small unit. It was a windy and blustery day and I had no problem with it keeping its shape and providing excellent coverage. For the price you cannot beat it! Highly recommend it!

> 3 dayIt’s odd that I would be writing about an umbrella but having lived in the UK for years and going through dozens of umbrellas in my time, I feel like I can appreciate the finer points of a familiar device. What I love the most about this new compact umbrella are three features: firstly it is stronger than most and stands up to stronger wind since it has more ribs, secondly the handle is more ergonomic than most and easy to hold but the game changer is the way it closes! You push the button to open it as normal but you also push the button (hard) to close it too! No more pinched fingers!

> 3 dayIf there’s any wind this thing just turns inside out and leaves you to get soaked in the pouring rain.
