I purchased this umbrella mainly because I wanted a compact size to fit in my bag on days when I was uncertain it would rain. Unfortunately, after about 3-5 uses, it broke. The umbrella wouldnt fully open. However, with the limited warranty (a secondary factor in my purchase decision), i was able to get it replaced. I reached out, and got a response very quickly. Replacement was also delivered to me in a timely manner. Customer service followed up to ensure product works fine.

I bought this umbrella a year ago (10/2019) and really liked it. But a week or so ago, I contacted customer service because it stopped opening/closing properly. They have a lifetime guarantee, so I reached out to them and in no time at all, I had a brand new umbrella! No hassles, no shipping the old one back to them, nothing. Just awesome customer service. Highly recommend! NOTE: I broke mine (my fault this time) in May 2023. Did not hesitate to purchase again. Really great product!

A very good, compact, umbrella. Operates exactly as you would expect for this kind of umbrella. It worked incredibly well for over a year, until it unfortunately broke. I contacted support, and without delay or question, they honored the warrantee, and had a replacement to me in a matter of days. I also want to point out that the reason it broke was that while compressing the unit closed after pressing the auto-close button, the head slipped out of my hand, and the umbrella tried to spring back open. This caused the top-center of the umbrella to break away from the top of the stalk, rendering the umbrella inoperable. So, when you go to reload the umbrella, Id advise doing it against the ground, or a hard surface, to make it easier to re-latch properly for the next use.

I bought this umbrella to use when I Doordash. I was looking for something compact when not needed, but big enough to keep me dry when I did need it. I already have a couple golf umbrellas, but because of their length they arent easy to get to when I need them. This Im able to store under my seat or in the pouch behind my seat when i dont need it or between the drivers seat and door when I do. It dries quickly and is very easy to raise and lower. I LOVE IT! And was reasonably priced.

I purchased this umbrella because I needed one that had auto open and close. Ive been very happy with and Ive gotten more use out of it than I would like (its been raining almost every day). Water beads right off, the internal parts are strong, and so for it has held up extremely well. Its heavier than my previous umbrella but I think that is to be expected with the auto open/close feature, and its significantly more robust. It has a single button to deploy and retract that is located on the handle. Its comfortable to use and keeps me dry, not sure what else you could want.

Just what I needed. Perfect size

This is very sturdy umbrella with super strong spring which could hurt a person standing nearby. One rib support bar broke within first hour of usage and Tradmall promptly sent a new one (reason for 4 stars). 2nd one is bit smoother than the first one and really like automatic open and close functionality. Pros: - Lifetime warranty with free replacement if broken - Sturdy, quality auto open-close 42 umbrella - Water repellent fabric - Elastic holding band is a bonus. Cons: - Only the canopy is closed, when you press the button and you do have to manually push the shaft back down. Unless you bring the shaft down, auto open does not work! - Need to push it hard to close the shaft and it could be a challenge to some! Just noticed its on sale with 50% off at $9.99 after coupon and ordered another one. Its no brainer to get this quality lifetime umbrella especially on sale!
