It has been raining a lot in Southern California lately and decided to invest in a good umbrella that wont break after one use. So far, in about five days worth of rainy and windy weather over the past month or so, the TradMall Travel Umbrella has really lived up to its claims. It has held up against wind, it is large enough to cover me and my backpack easily, and it also is a beautiful color (I got the purple one) that is true to the image. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this when it rained one time and I dont have umbrella and then did not rain until now - a few days ago - so I used it, and works great. I like how easy it is to open up umbrella, but the closing part is a bit of a work.

I recently left my favorite umbrella in a shopping cart in a parking lot (too far to go back for it even if it was still there). I searched and found this one on Amazon. It is like my old one in that it is push-button up and push-button down, so you never need two hands to do that. This one seems more sturdy so it should last a long time, unless I leave it somewhere again. Good value for the cost.

Bought this one because it had 10 ribs as opposed to the usual 8 found in most umbrellas. That makes it sturdy, but it is also wider than most yet automatically closes to a small size. The only problem is that the cover will not really fit back on the collapsed umbrella after initial removal, but I can live with that.

Its a really nice looking umbrella, but its not as compact as it seems in the photos. Its sturdy enough & easily opens/closes.

My previous umbrella kept turning inside out. I bought this one as a replacement. It is easy to open and seems very sturdy to counter act the wind. Like another person commented, you have to close the umbrella up against your body. The button helps lower it, but you have to push to get it back in. I love the color and I think this will be an umbrella that will last a long time. I lost this one and bought the same as a replacement. That is how much I like this umbrella.

I live in FL where you never know when a rain storm or hurricane is going to pop up. I wanted a wide umbrella because the rain comes all different ways (imagine the scene from Forest Gump) and I like staying dry. This umbrella is great - easy to use, quick to open, and its nice to have button to close.

I just received the product have not used it in the rain yet or for sun.... Well update after wedding

I loved lightweight and compact design but after two uses the spokes began breaking...now there three spokes have broken. folks, this is from normal use.... Update. I am very impressed by this vendor. After seeing my review here on Amazon, they contacted me and arranged a replacement at no cost. I did not have to go to them...they reached out to me. This shows that they care about their product and reputation. For that alone, they deserve a 4-star review.

I wanted to wait a while before writing a review of this item, because the small umbrellas of this type I usually purchase don’t last long. Ive had this one for well over a year and Im still using it, so thats amazing to me. First I have to say that the seller has excellent customer services and policy. I was provided an umbrellas which was defective (broken straps), where the umbrella was now difficult to open and close. After reaching out to the company their customer services then provided me a new umbrella that has been working great ever since. I purchase this umbrella because I wanted a wider umbrella, since I usually wear a backpack to work and it would get soak from the rain, but this umbrella really helps with that.
