The best feature of this umbrella is the easy open and close. Most umbrellas open easily and then are very hard to close, but this one closes nicely for storage. The compact size makes storing it easy.

Fantastic umbrella! I researched and chose this one and Im glad I did. It is very sturdy. I didnt care much about the size but it is small enough to easily carry around. Not very heavy. Pops up very, very easily. Some reviews said it was hard to close which is partially true but every sturdy umbrella Ive had was a bit hard to close. It is because there is such a sturdy mechanism inside so you have to push it a bit from the top until it clicks when closing. I dont see a problem with that. Love it!

This is a nice umbrella and the product opens and partially closes the umbrella easily. The button only folds up the canopy then you have to pull the canopy part down to the bottom of the handle to fully close it. This part takes quite a bit of manual strength. I have to put the pole against my stomach and use two hands to finish closing it. This one issue would keep me from buying another one of these umbrellas. I have not used the unbrellla long enough to rate its durability.

If there’s any wind this thing just turns inside out and leaves you to get soaked in the pouring rain.

Idk of this happened to others, but after about a month of use the open button, which would make the whole umbrella open, didn’t open about 25%, where basically you would have to manually open it halfway up after pressing the button. If you’re looking to use it in a sunny day, this ain’t it, especially in lighter colors like pink, what I got, but for rain it’s pretty good Update 2 years later: The button is completely unsuable. It won’t press at all and won’t open without the button, so it’s basically become unusable now and I had to buy another one

I needed a new umbrella that actually worked and kept me mostly dry so I turned to Amazon (of course). After reading some reviews and description of the TradMall umbrella I decided to purchase it. After receiving it, it has rained a few times where I needed to use it and it did the job! I didnt get rain blowing in my face and hair and with the wind the umbrella didnt fly back and turn inside out.....so that showed me this one may be a keeper. Im happy with my purchase.

Its big enough for 2 people, and the structure seems really safe and strong. Though its a little longer to put in my backpack, its still worth to have one if you usually travel with others. Additionally, their customer service Trecy, is really friendly, and reminds me about their lifetime warranty guarantee for this umbrella. Definitely recommend to whom concerning to buy a big umbrella.

In January 2022, I purchased the most beautiful light blueTradMall umbrella off the cuff. I was using one of two other umbrellas at the time. However, in mid December 2022 (in trying to open the umbrella), I discovered an issue.... So, I decided to give the TradMall customer warranty a try.
