> 3 daySome people stated that it was super easy to install and some stated it was a pain. Im siding with it being a pain. Yes I know that it only runs on 2G, but my Alexa couldnt locate the plugs, and I had to contact customer service at Amazon, which was very helpful. I had to download the Smartlife app in order for Alexa to recognize them. So, no, this was not easy to set up. It took my over 2 hours to set them up. Once they were up and running, they seemed to work well. Im decent with technology, but this was kind of stupid since I had to download a completely different app for the plugs.

> 3 dayFirst, I would like to say I own almost every switch and plug this company sells and think there great. I am not so happy with these. I have connected three of them to lamps and they keep dropping the Wi-Fi connection and go offline. The Wi-Fi for two of them is in the next room about 30ft away. I hope to find a better solution for my smart lamps. Update! I was contacted by Fiona in customer service, and she worked to resolve this issue. It did take replacing the plugs, but she worked to resolve it. Thank You Fiona for great customer service.

> 3 dayProduct: Treatlife SK50 Smart Plug 4 Pack The Treatlife SK50 Smart Smart Plug was very straightforward to install. If you dont want to use the app, there is an on/off switch on the side. There is an LED that shines when the plug is on and flashing when it is ready for pairing with the app. I already had the app on my phone from when I had installed another Treatlife product (actually several products). I just plugged the Smart Plug in and added the plug to the app. I did not need to use the included instructions. From the phone it is easy to remotely turn the plug on and off or create a schedule. or safety, a child safety setting is included to prevent accidentally activating the plug. it is very easy to create a regular schedule to turn on and off on any day or all seven days of the week. Other features include a 23 hour, 59 minute countdown, away times as well as an inching function. This means that the smart outlet will stay on for a preset time, up to 60 minutes and 59 seconds, when the plug is turned on.Im not sure if the manufacturer planned on allowing this to be a day or longer, but as it is now, it is slightly longer than an hour. I will use this product for a couple of things not met by other timers. During the Christmas season, I plan on setting the timer to set a daily/weekly schedule for Christmas tree lights. That way I dont need to remember to do it every day. The other use is to control a food dehydrator that sometimes has to run for several days. Most timers run for up to 24 hous, but this unit will work for the several-day cycle I need. This product works very well and is very easy to use.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and integrate with Alexa. I started out with a four-pack. Now I have 12. Love them. Tried other brands but returned them because they wouldnt connect. These are the best.

> 3 dayWe bought these for our Christmas Lights throughout the interior of the house so that we could ask Alexa to turn them on/off for us. Setup was slightly tedious in having to download the proprietary app, and then add each plug individually (Admittedly though, this may be user error). Once added, theyve worked flawlessly with Alexa to manually turn on/off (we havent tried a schedule yet since the kids are having joy asking Alexa to turn them on/off). One last note: Since their placement varies in distance form the WiFi Router, they dont always turn all on/off at the exact same moment, but do switch their state as asked.

> 3 dayAnother great product by Treatlife. Have their smart switches and love them. Glad they came out with these smart plugs. Works smoothly and as expected. The 15A /1800W is great to control higher wattage appliances. The plug is also smaller than other brands and small enough vertically to fit two in the same outlet pair. (Note: power strips have varied pitches between outlets, so depending on the particular power strip, the plugs may not fit on adjacent outlets. But there usually are enough outlets to space them out in that case.) The manual on/off button is on the side, which may or may not be convenient depending on how things are located. Something to consider if you plan to manually control the unit frequently. Of course, this is not a problem for voice control. App works well, Overall, a great product. Recommended.

Greater than one weekI used it control my indoor and out door Christmas scenes. The timer scheduler option is very good and it works with my google home. Two things I didntike. First there are two apps on Google play market, one of them will work the other dont. So if they can just add a QR with link with one works would be great. Second some times the pairing to the app doesnt work from the first time so running the discovery couple of times more and the app was able to catch. Other than that it is v.good product so far.

> 3 dayThe switch seems reliable, handles high power, and setting it up to operate with Amazon Alexa and/or Google Home is simple and easy (I have both). Ive used one with a Hot Pot pressure cooker and another with a toaster oven without any issue. The switch does not get hot. A nice touch is that the plug has a push button on/off toggle switch on the side left side- so when you are next to it, you can easily turn it on or off manually without bothering to speak a command or bring up its cell phone app. Some time ago, I purchased a Treatlife wall switch and had a little trouble with the initial setup. I was able to quickly contact Treatlife support and found them to be responsive and immediately helpful. This is the opposite of my experiences with TP Link/Kasa where I found their technical support to be unhelpful and had a 3-way switch purchased from them fail entirely after only a week or so in used. (As of this writing, TP Link still has not honored its warranty. I use Alexa/IFTTT for timing functions, so I have not tried to set any plug timing from the cell phone app.
