> 3 dayI only used these with the app, not the voice assistant option. Everything works well enough, and my only complaint with these is that they sometimes will randomly turn off. It happens with heavy draw and light draw equipment, and in different physical locations. It seemed to happen regardless if I swapped out the plugs. I have never used this kind of Internet of Things device before, so I dont know if that is just a feature of this type of tech. There is a setting in the app to tell the plug to resume the last state, and it will do that - its just a little disconcerting to be sitting there and the light goes out, comes back, goes out again and then comes back and stays on. We dont have any power or wi-fi issues that I am otherwise aware of, so not sure whats going on. I also did try resetting the power plugs per the instructions. The concept seems like a good one, and the equipment seems otherwise well made, so I am assuming I got a bad batch or I am doing it wrong, which is why I am only dinging it one star.

> 3 daythese plugs look clean and very esthetic, it took me 30 seconds to connect them to my home automation app and Alexa (i have done this before with Treatlife wall switches). my automation app doesnt care what brand the plugs or switches are but I do like Treatlife...they havent disappointed me yet and Ive been using this brand for a while now. cant beat their price! I love the fact they are 15 amps so I can plug just about anything to them, in this case I have my candle wormers plugged in so I can have nice aroma around the house and let me tell you, I dont even have to get my phone to turn them ON or even ask Alexa to do it for me...I simply set up timer on these plugs so they turn ON by them selfs every day and turn OFF at the end of the day! How cool is that!!! I think Ill be getting more of these plugs to plug everything in the house :)

Greater than one weekI have been a user of smart home products for 10+ years. More recently, there are many wifi-connected devices available that are more flexible and much more affordable. Ive tried several different smart plugs, and have been impressed with the Treatlife offering. They are easy to setup, program, and work reliably. Im also glad that they work with the generic Smart Life app, as some of the others will only work with their own proprietary variant. The Treatlife app is quite good on its own. It also handles a full 15 amps, some of the others will only switch 10 amps, which could contribute to the wide form factor, which is the only downside I have found with the product.

> 3 dayThe switch seems reliable, handles high power, and setting it up to operate with Amazon Alexa and/or Google Home is simple and easy (I have both). Ive used one with a Hot Pot pressure cooker and another with a toaster oven without any issue. The switch does not get hot. A nice touch is that the plug has a push button on/off toggle switch on the side left side- so when you are next to it, you can easily turn it on or off manually without bothering to speak a command or bring up its cell phone app. Some time ago, I purchased a Treatlife wall switch and had a little trouble with the initial setup. I was able to quickly contact Treatlife support and found them to be responsive and immediately helpful. This is the opposite of my experiences with TP Link/Kasa where I found their technical support to be unhelpful and had a 3-way switch purchased from them fail entirely after only a week or so in used. (As of this writing, TP Link still has not honored its warranty. I use Alexa/IFTTT for timing functions, so I have not tried to set any plug timing from the cell phone app.

> 3 dayCustomer support is practically non-existent... just a series of questions that go in circles. These are unreliable. The smart plugs will randomly disconnect from the network and you must unplug and replug them in to have them work again. This really defeats the purpose of automated plugs... you place behind furniture in hard-to-reach places and you are repeatedly having to get to them to reset them. It is not an in-house network problem or location of the plug to the network... one is practically next to the wireless router. Its a poor design. No recovery attempts to self-reconnect. What is even funnier is the iPhone app tells you to bring your phone closer to the plug (BUT ITS WIFI NOT BLUE TOOTH).. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by wanting the phone closer -- it doesnt work that way... pure genius. Bottom line due to the random drops causing these devices to be unreliable I give these a HARD PASS. (Guess who will be surprised if customer service or support even responds here)...

> 3 dayAfter buying a couple Alexa Ech Dots, I wanted to get some smart plugs for some not so smart items in my home. After looking at a ton of different ones (and the ridiculous prices in some cases) I came across the Treatlife smart plugs. I read a ton of the reviews for them, so decided this was the way to go, plus the price was much better than most of the competitors. Setup was easier than I expected. Many of the reviews here suggested downloading the Smart Life app (picture of the app in the Google Play store included), and as soon as I plugged in the first plug, the app recognized it almost immediately, and I was set up! I had already enabled the Smart Life skill, so it was already visible within the Alexa app! All of the plugs were this easy to set up! These were the only reliable smart plugs I saw that could handle 15A (instead of the standard 10A) so Im confident that if I need to use these with an appliance with higher current, these will handle it. Ive already thought of so many different uses for these, and will without a doubt be ordering more in the future, as well as other Treatlife products!

> 3 dayI thought I would try these out. Glad I made the decision. They were easy to install and connect to the WIFI. The app makes it easy to program for automatic on/off set to specific times. I did have one that was bad and Amazon customer service had a replacement the next day. I guess the only thing left to consider is longevity. We will see.
