> 3 dayI thought I would try these out. Glad I made the decision. They were easy to install and connect to the WIFI. The app makes it easy to program for automatic on/off set to specific times. I did have one that was bad and Amazon customer service had a replacement the next day. I guess the only thing left to consider is longevity. We will see.

> 3 dayThis is the second set of TreatLife products Ive purchased. The first was a set of 4 light switches. The value and ease of use of those encouraged me to purchase these smart plugs when I needed some recently. As you can see in the picture, I am using it to control a space heater. That heater is located in my workshop. The other morning (before the smart plugs) I came out to find that heater running. I forgot to turn it off the night before! Bad news. Fortunately, nothing happened, but I immediately searched for a smart plug so I can set up a schedule to turn it off automatically every night just in case I forget again. When the plugs arrived (the next day wit Prime shipping), I opened them up and followed the written instructinos. NOTE: The instructions for the plugs say to download the TreatLife app, which I did, but wondered why I didnt already have it given the prior set up of light switches. Turns out they changed the name (at least) from SmartLife. I tried logging into the new app with my existing credentials, but it didnt recognize them. I pulled out the light switch instructions - how I found out the app name changed - and ran SmartLife. The old app recognized me and also recognized the new plug quickly and set up was just fine. Connected it to my Google Home devices, set up the nightly schedule, and now I dont worry about burning down my shop any more!

> 3 dayI am very happy with the treatlife smart plugs overall. They work great, connected very easily to the smartlife app which gave me access to the timers and control from my phone. Once set up Alexa found it automatically (I already had my smartlife account connected to Alexa). Voice controls work great, so far timers are working great and you can make several on and off events on the schedule based on time of day as well as day of the week in the smartlife app. One feature I really like, you can control the switch with the small button on the side. So if your internet goes down or you dont have your phone/Alexa nearby you can hit the button to turn on your device. My only complaint is it is pretty wide, this makes it tricky to use in some powerstrips, but on the wall it fits fine.

> 3 dayThis was a splurge for me this past Christmas - Yeah, I know, $25 isnt that much of a splurge! But honestly, I didnt know if it was going to be worth it! But after reading a bunch of reviews on a bunch of different brands of wi-fi plugs, I decided to go with Treatlife. I dont use, or intend to ever purchase or use, any smart speakers to connect with these plugs, although I considered purchasing ones that worked with Apple Homelink, but they were always more expensive. I bought this 4-pack in time to put one on the Christmas tree, and a couple other lamps around the house. The app was easy to use to get started, and it didnt take too long to figure out how to set up rooms and scenes, with multiple plugs coming on simultaneously. The best part is that with Apple Shortcuts, I can say Hey Siri, turn my light on! And bam! Its on! Thats really handy if you use Hey Siri. Also a factor was the fact that these are 15 amp plugs. I use one of them to power my home studio! (Just a small mixer and two self-powered studio monitors.) Instead of reaching around to find the switch for all three units, I tap my phone or tell Siri to power it up. (One application I recently thought of that will most likely motivate my purchase of another set of these is charging smart devices. I hate the thought of leaving our iPad charging all night, as I know this is bad for the longevity of the battery. So using one of these with a timer set for 3-4 hours would allow me to set it to charge at bed time, and know that it wont over charge the battery for the last 4 or so hours Im asleep.) I highly recommend these if you are looking for a simple product to replace lamp timers, control small electronic devices, etc. They totally exceeded my expectations!

Greater than one weekIve been buying Treatlife switches for my smart home this past year, and Ive been very happy with how they look and operate. The price-point of Treatlife products is hard to beat. I was pleased when I learned that Treatlife was expanding their product range and now has smart plugs. These look better than the Wemo smart plugs Ive had before and operate just as well as them. Plus they cost less. So a win-win-win scenario as far as Im concerned. Why, then, did I give these only four stars? Well, as much as I like Treatlife I want to be honest in my review: Until recently, Treatlife did not have its own app for smart home integration. Instead, they licensed the use of the Smart Life app, which was perfectly fine and worked very well. I had no problems linking the Smart Life app to my Google Home. However, the instructions in the box of these plugs says to use the Treatlife app, which works fine and is nearly identical to the Smart Life app. The problem I ran into is the Treatlife app is NOT listed in the Google Home app for linking. You can continue to use the Smart Life app, which is what I will do. I felt is was necessary to ding one star on my review because of the confusion about the apps and the lack of information in the instructions. Usually Treatlife is good with responses, but in this case I got no response from their support when I asked about this app problem. Other than that, these plugs are great and I will continue to buy them in the furture.

> 3 dayI’m not 100% happy with this product because the directions it comes with advise using a different remote than the Alexa app. I’m not a big fan of juggling remotes. If there’s another solution or explanation, I’d be happy to hear it.

Greater than one weekPlugs were easy to install and use. But, one of the 4 plugs stopped working just short of a month after setup. And did not start again after reboot.

Greater than one weekVery compatible for Apple I phones. I really like the shape of the sockets and how easy they are to set up. I have some round smartlife smart sockets but they render the plugin next to them useless. The Treatlife sockets are a more compact design and allow other plugins to be used next to them. They are fine wifi without Alexa and the software is a little different but still very easy to use also. Its best to set them up before using them to allow visual line of sight to the pairing light that blinks bc it gets covered up by an overly large plug on a device. The timer feature on the software works very well and i use them on Aquarium lights and aquarium heaters. I time them for daily timing to reduce algae growth in my tanks. Great price for a well designed smart socket and software.

> 3 dayI have used their Smart Switches before and was looking forward to getting the Smart Plugs. Was able to set them up within minutes of receiving them. They were very easy to setup. Was using mechanical timers earlier and had to run around the house and reset them each time the power went out. Update after one week of use: Was trying to use the Schedule feature as a timer. Was easy to setup but the entries keep getting turned off randomly everyday. Cant use them at all in a reliable manner. Tried to get help but got no meaningful help. I am going to be returning these and have ordered a set from another manufacturer. Update after several months of use: You can get around the Schedule issue by using Cycle Timer. They perform the same function and do not get randomly reset as the Schedule function.
