> 3 dayEasy to integrate with Smartlife App and Alexa. Better shape than the round or square smart plugs; you don’t have to fight to access the other outlet.

> 3 dayHave had issues with these plugs since day one but they finally managed to stay connected to my Alexa devices long enough for the return period to Pass. No matter what I tried, nothing work. Reconnecting to Alexa app, the device app, the network, resetting everything and still no connection. What a waste!! Stick to the Amazon plugs. They work best. Update: since posting the reviews above, I was contacted by their customer service. They were very friendly and wanted to rectify the situation. They also informed me that I was still in my warranty period, a year later. They quickly sent out replacement plugs. I’ve installed them and they seem to be right on the money for now. Only time will tell again. So I’m upgrading my 2 stars to 4.

> 3 dayI have bought several bar ads before. Some have worked 100% and some had several in the box that did not work at all. This was a box of four. One would not connect after repeated attempts. I put it away and will try again later. I am not sure what brands are 100% that will also work with Smartlife. The add device function worked easier on these than previous modules.

> 3 dayI ordered these to control Christmas decorations. They work, but are a nightmare to set up. The first one set up easy. The second one I had to reset three times. The last two were a nightmare. After several attempts I finally contacted Amazon for assistance as I figured they were defective. The person on chat had me do all of the same things I had already done several times to no avail, then handed it over to another representative who had me do the same things over again. When that was unsuccessful, she wanted to send me to another department but I was out of time and patience. I tried again later 5 more times and they finally connected. Not sure if I will purchase anymore or try a different brand next time. I will assess how well they work for a couple of months first.

> 3 dayFirst, I would like to say I own almost every switch and plug this company sells and think there great. I am not so happy with these. I have connected three of them to lamps and they keep dropping the Wi-Fi connection and go offline. The Wi-Fi for two of them is in the next room about 30ft away. I hope to find a better solution for my smart lamps. Update! I was contacted by Fiona in customer service, and she worked to resolve this issue. It did take replacing the plugs, but she worked to resolve it. Thank You Fiona for great customer service.

> 3 dayI have used their Smart Switches before and was looking forward to getting the Smart Plugs. Was able to set them up within minutes of receiving them. They were very easy to setup. Was using mechanical timers earlier and had to run around the house and reset them each time the power went out. Update after one week of use: Was trying to use the Schedule feature as a timer. Was easy to setup but the entries keep getting turned off randomly everyday. Cant use them at all in a reliable manner. Tried to get help but got no meaningful help. I am going to be returning these and have ordered a set from another manufacturer. Update after several months of use: You can get around the Schedule issue by using Cycle Timer. They perform the same function and do not get randomly reset as the Schedule function.

> 3 dayThese work perfectly! I’m currently using for 3 Christmas trees and a plug in the garage to outside Christmas lights. The integration with Alexa works fantastic. Outside lights are set to come on at sunset and off at a set time while the inside trees are voice controlled and grouped with rooms.

> 3 dayCustomer support is practically non-existent... just a series of questions that go in circles. These are unreliable. The smart plugs will randomly disconnect from the network and you must unplug and replug them in to have them work again. This really defeats the purpose of automated plugs... you place behind furniture in hard-to-reach places and you are repeatedly having to get to them to reset them. It is not an in-house network problem or location of the plug to the network... one is practically next to the wireless router. Its a poor design. No recovery attempts to self-reconnect. What is even funnier is the iPhone app tells you to bring your phone closer to the plug (BUT ITS WIFI NOT BLUE TOOTH).. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by wanting the phone closer -- it doesnt work that way... pure genius. Bottom line due to the random drops causing these devices to be unreliable I give these a HARD PASS. (Guess who will be surprised if customer service or support even responds here)...
