> 3 dayI have had a lot of luck with Ubiquiti APs at this point. This AP was added to the existing 4 APs at my house and was a great addition to the portfolio for AC at the $100 price point. I would suggest joining the beta controller program to get the newer software. Ubiqui is not spectacular about communication but well worth it at the price.

Greater than one weekThis Access point beats anything else on the market for Professional consumer use. i have a network with 30 items this access point plus an edge router x is infinitely superior to all of the top of the line gaming routers out there.

> 3 dayUnifi support is totally garbage, their devices are basically a beta. None of the functionality actually works. I had a ticket for TWO MONTHS just to get their basic GUEST NETWORKING functionality working as it was supposed to. It was just putting guests on my corporate network.

> 3 dayFrom all the reviews, youd think it works out of the box with just a few setups. First of all, instructions are in tiny tiny letters, need 20/15 vision or magnifying glass to read. Then, following instructions does not render result the instructions indicate would happen. After 3 hours, gave up & returned for a router. No AP should take more than 15 minutes to setup.

> 3 dayGreat product and price keeps getting better. Keep in mind it comes with a PoE injector, you can use your existing router (just turn off the wifi after you set it up. Your current wifi is very helpful if you use iOS or android apps). No need to install controller, for a small deployment iOS or android app is all you need.
