Greater than one weekMy problem was getting wifi to a couple remote areas of my stone house. Of course I had to hang cat-6 wire on the outside of the house, but now the wifi is strong, and I can see its working by checking the controller software.

> 3 dayI purchased a few these for my house. The coverage is AWESOME! The interface is not as good as it should and the other problem is after I set them up, one of them showed disconnected mode. After several tries. I click the forgot and started over and it got it working again. Just took a few extra steps that shouldnt have to do.

Greater than one weekNothing but trouble, I went through three units, all kept rebooting at least twice an hour. Not an easy setup. Have to pay for support, no thank you. Got lp- link now, it was up and running in 3 min. No problems.

> 3 dayThis was a huge upgrade from my previous WiFi setup is is fast and covers all of the areas that we need. The best part is that if we for some reason need incredible WiFi in the far reaches of the house we can just all in another.

> 3 dayThese WAPs arent bad if youre already running a slower Internet connection but if youre trying to get faster throughput closer to gig speeds, I wouldnt bother. I hear the pro version will accomplish what I need but at that price point I decided to keep my 4 x eeros for now. I typically get around 300-400mbs down and a little faster on the upstream utilizing eero (dual band version, not the pro Tri-band) and when I installed these I was Seeing speeds around 200-250 TOPS. I would suggest looking at the pro version over the lite and the one that is dedicated to covering long distances unless of course you need the extra coverage or have a slower internet connection. To conclude Im running edge router x with att gig fiber and I have dns properly configured along with qos turned off, Cat5e for all of my switches hanging off of the edge router aside from my cameras which utilize outdoor rated cat6 from my switches (I know its counter intuitive but I got a good deal for the outdoor rated cat6).

> 3 dayOkay, new to unifi, having to manually update the firmware is a bit of a learning curve. Support is awesome! Love the free management interface!

Greater than one weekI just received these yesterday, and let me tell you, they are night and day over the old unifi Aps. These are much faster, easier to setup, and look nicer. If you have a lot of network traffic in your home then this is the only way to go.
