> 3 dayI use it for the use for which it was created, that is, using one printer for multiple computers (in my case, 2). Three plugs. One to the printer, one each to my two computers. There is even a tiny signal light to tell one which computer is using it at the time. Great item!

> 3 dayPush button switch with blue light indicator is great. Product description says it cannot be bidirectional. But I have both downloaded to the printer and printed and uploaded a scan and that worked too. A great product that is MANUAL, which works great for my wife and I because our computer are both in the same room and we share both print and scan functions. Nice small size and black in color.

> 3 dayI have two computers hooked up my computer monitor. I change the monitor back an forth with the input buttons on the side of the monitor. I have a single wireless keyboard and mouse. I use the Ugreen USB Sharing 2-port Switch to switch the keyboard and mouse to the appropriate computer. It works perfectly. It is totally simple to use. Just push the select button on the top one time when you want to switch to the other computer. I cut a 1/8th inch wide stripe of the glue-side of a post-it note and stuck it between the two little led lights, so that I would tell which side is lit...since the box is in a dark area beside the monitor. It works totally perfectly. Ive used it for a few months. Totally reliable. Best value for the money.

> 3 dayHubby got it so we could share our hardwired printer. Saves a lot of time, with a quick click we can share without the pain of getting up or, getting a second cable.

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I needed to connect one printer to two laptops in my home office. Simple and easy to switch from one to the other with a simple push of the button. Also if I shut down one laptop it automatically changes over to the other. Highly recommend this item has its definitely worth the money if you’re looking for a printer solution for dual workstations.

> 3 dayI bought this to use one keyboard (wireless) with two PCs. Both are windows based. A laptop and Desktop. I used Velcro to wrap this item to the base of my monitor. I love it as I can switch between my laptop and desktop easily. Never had a problem. I use it everyday and often switch. I recommend this product. I didnt purchase the version with a monitor because I still view the monitor for one computer while using the other.

> 3 dayIt eliminates the plug/unplug hassle of sharing one printer with two computers. The unit is passive and requires no additional power connections. Just plug in the two USB Type B connections from each computer and one additional USB Type A from the unit to USB Type B on the printer... DONE. The unit will automatically select the most recently attached computer, but will need to be switched back manually if the other computer is still running. This is as simple as pressing a button on the top of the unit. A blue indicator light shows which computer is connected and can be switched back and forth with the button. The switch ships with two 5 ft. USB Type A to Type B cables. If you already have one cable hooking up your printer, you wont need any additional ones, depending upon the distances between your components.
