> 3 dayI bought this because I already had one and wanted an additional one. When it arrived I was surprised that it came with USB Type B connectors instead of the USB Type A connectors the one I previously purchased had. It does come with adapter cables that convert USB Type B to USB Type A and the previous one had cables with USB Type A connectors on both ends so, no big crime there but it would be nice to have consistent connectors so adapters would not be necessary.

Greater than one weekThis is exactly what I needed to connect one printer to two laptops in my home office. Simple and easy to switch from one to the other with a simple push of the button. Also if I shut down one laptop it automatically changes over to the other. Highly recommend this item has its definitely worth the money if you’re looking for a printer solution for dual workstations.

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was looking for, really. I have an iMac for primary programming work and an all-in-one PC I use for testing and debugging. I hated the idea of having to use two keyboards and mice, or swapping the peripherals between the two system, but with this, I just push the button and use one USB cord to switch between the both. Keep in mind, Im using a keyboard and mouse and this only supports 1 input device between two systems. To get around this, I connected the mouse into the keyboard through a handy USB 2.0 port along the side. Im using a wired Apple keyboard and a generic Logitech wired USB mouse. Nevermind the white smudge on the device, not sure where that thing came from!

> 3 dayVery good product. Fit and finish just good. I needed this for streamlining my Keyboard+Mouse combo to connect to two computers and switch between them. It does just that. I have successfully tried MAC+MAC, MAC+Win10 & Win10+Win10. All combinations work just fine. It cant be easier to use than this. Just plug and play. Very good value for money. Highly recommend. I wish I had a simillar product which could include USB+HDMI together. So, my plan is to click one switch and it shifts BOTH monitor and Keyboard/Mouse from one computer to another.

Greater than one weekI bought this switch to use at work because I was frequently having to unplug my USB headset from my computer and plug it into my desk phone (VTech/Nextiva SIP phone), or vice versa. I had some concerns that Windows and/or the phone would behave as though it was setting up a new device every time I used the switch, but that has not been the case. Both devices act like the headset remains connected. According to my coworkers, audio from the headset through the switch sounds good. Setting up the switch is simple thanks to the two included USB-A to USB-P cables. I did try connecting a Jabra headset cradle to the switch to see if it would work as well. I believe its a Jabra Pro 9450, or it looks exactly the same as that model. Unfortunately, the cradle would just click constantly and never successfully connect to the PC or desk phone. Im speculating here, but I believe it may have been due to the cradle having its own PC/desk phone switch.

> 3 daySwitch quit working after the first few times. (not sure it ever worked) I kept thinking: Is it me? I thought I just switched this thing. Then I realized theres an LED on the front of the switch to indicate which side is on. and no; it didnt switch. UPDATE: After posting above review, I got an email from Ugreen asking if they could provide a replacement. I responded that I had scrapped the defective switch, so I would not be able to send it back for a refund. I was very impressed when they said Thats OK, well send you a new switch anyway (free of charge). Based on this, I received the replacement switch and installed it this morning. Gotta say: It works GREAT. I dont think the other one ever worked this well. Ill keep me fingers crossed and report back if it fails. If no updates, it is working as expected. Changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars

> 3 dayWanted to use this to share my keyboard and mouse between my desktop PC and my work computer when working from home. The one flaw I will say this thing has is it only has 1 input USB port. This meant I had to use a hub if I wanted both keyboard and mouse connected. This actually ended up overly complicating what I was trying to do, as I didnt want to invest too much more money into it and I couldnt find an inexpensive and reliable USB hub. I dont know if there was a problem with the port, though each hub I tried had different issues, so I suspect the input port was fine. While it does work for switching that 1 USB port between 2 devices, it simply did not work out for me and I ended up replacing it with an IOGear switcher with 4 inputs, which works much better. Why not use a KVM switch? I didnt want to switch the V part of it, just the K and M.

Greater than one weekWorks, although the switch seems a little touchy. Three stars because I dont like the cabling locations with output on front and input on back. I prefer all cables on the back for routing purposes so I ordered Tek Republic TSU-200 as a replacement. Since I am using this to switch a keyboard between two computers, the cabling makes it difficult to put the box on the desk without wires taking up a lot of the real estate. Also, the labeling of input and output is confusing. In my case, the output is the keyboard with two inputs (the computers). As you can see in the questions and answers, this confuses people. Common, A, B or Common, 1, 2 would be more accurate.
