> 3 dayMy son was happy with this gift. I didnt know what it was. After a long explanation by him I know now that is a computer in its own merit. Hes using it by now in his job, and has been qualified (by him) as the better gift of the later years.

> 3 dayQuality ssd. I was very impressed by the size. I bought a 2TB one, and it is generally the length and width of a credit card or smaller. It is fairly thin, and can fit in a pocket very easily.

> 3 dayI purchased this SSD for the sole function of backing up Macbook Air computers used by my wife and me. The backup program which I had installed on the computers had ceased to work with earlier Passport devices for some arcane reason that I really didnt understand (something to do with new Mac OS and interplay with the backup program). The good news is that backups to this unit are faster, it had double the capacity of the two prior Passport devices (I had one 500 GB drive for each computer) so I need only this one drive to backup both laptops, this Passport is much more compact than the older 500 GB drive (that is, it is smaller than one of the older drives so our backups now consume far less than 50% of the space needed previously) so it will be handy for extended travel as we are very oriented to traveling with one carry-on size suitcase each for trips that are up to 4 months in duration.

> 3 dayNo complaints here. Been working great so far. I use it all the time to run certain software files off of, since my laptop HD isnt the largest. Heats up a tad after several hours, but thats about it.

> 3 dayI wanted to speed up my load times on my PS4. This did the trick. The times decreased about 20-30 seconds on Anthem. The only negative is the cable is short.

> 3 dayHasta el momento no logré probarlo mucho, pero las pruebas que le realice se obtuvo lo deseado. Como se puede ver en las fotos, probé las velocidades por USB A 3.0 del Wd My Passport vs Samsung T5 (ambos ssd de 540MB/s). El WD My Passport tiene mayor velocidad de escritura que el Samsung T5, pero un poco menos de velocidad de lectura. La verdad comparado con los discos externos hdd que tengo son 3 veces mejores los ssd.

> 3 daySo far, no dislikes. The speed is probably the feature most will like the most, it reads and writes ridiculously fast and its very easy to use. I just copied over 500GB of files in less than 12 minutes with ease on my old macbook pro, so far, I recommend it.

> 3 dayIts a 1 TB SSD. It looks like the picture in the listing. It was the correct color. It supports USB3. The only thing I dont know is how long it will be in service.

Greater than one weekJust started using it. It warms way-up. Could be a hand-warmer.
